The Pro Bowl is a joke. Most fans aren't knowledgeable enough to vote on the best players. The fact that Cromartie is even in the conversation is enough.

its a fan vote last I checked, I think sports writers might have to do with All pro selections (I'll have to double check) but this really is just a popularity contest.

Cro... had a really poor season to be nice about it, he didn't deserve a major amount of consideration.

    1/3 coaches, 1/3 players, 1/3 fans.

Yeah, why would Mo want to go to Hawaii? Crazy talk.

Too funny some of the posters here.

Wilk will still be going. First the players from the SB AFC team are ineligible. Second, all sorts of players come up with phantom injuries and withdraw.

I agree. And he'll be totally into it.

I just don't understand why some posters think he wouldn't want to/shouldn't go.

    Crazy talk.

You really think Wake, Watt and Williams may be SB ineligible?

This is more than a joke. Especially since Cameron fucking Wake made it and Mo didn't.

But who cares? Just beat Miami and sack the shit out of Tannehill..

Pro Bowl has done away with kickoffs. Punt returns yes, but kick offs are no more.

    What a fn joke.

It may not matter to you or anyone here.

But I'm sure it matters to the only person it really effects.

    Mo Wilkerson.

So I guess Mo doesn't want a boondoggle to Hawaii for he and the Mrs. because there are no kickoffs?

The All-Pro 1st and 2nd team rosters are the true validator of ones work on the field. Pro Bowl is a popularity contest. I think Quinn and Watt will land 1st team All Pro DEs, and Cam Jordan one of the DE spots on 2nd team AP. It could come down to Mo and Greg Hardy for the last DE spot on the 2nd team.

Wilkerson's only flaw is leading the league in defensive offsides penalties. He is a beast and should have been selected to go to the probowl.

Amen, they should have the pro bowl changed to players bowling for charity while having to down a beer each frame. That would be entertaining.

Most Pro athletes are the cheapest dudes on the planet, once they get a taste of freebies they never pay for anything.

A young guy like Mo is not giving up a boondoggle to Hawaii regardless of how much $$ he makes and seriously regardless of what some idiots on a Jet Internet forum think.

    Too funny.
