    just a long time jets fan here and I know I will here the Clemens sucks replies but I am watching the niners game and I wish he was our qb right now-- we have less weapons but somehow I think we would be closer to the play offs - another ryan mistake not keeping him as a backup

    I totally agree with this. I always thought Clemens was a good QB.

    Where's the punch line on this thread, Clemens is so bad, that the Rams put a call out to a 45 year old Favre, please!

    I hadn't checked the numbers but then I did. Did you really start a thread pining for a guy who is currently 5 of 14 for 58 yards in the fourth quarter losing 16-6?

    all I am saying is I am actually watching the game on sunday ticket and I realize that he is doing well against a top 3 d and he has had at least 3 drops 1 for a sure td .... he would get us to respectable level right now ...

    I will tell u I wish he was here last yr instead of McElroy.... Clemens is not a blue chip player I know but he commands an offense at least

    Kellen Clemens sucks.
    Kellen Clemens is a hell of a lot better than any QB on our roster.
