Cutler would be the best QB we've had since Favre. If we can get him you can't pass that up.

Cutler is a pretty underrated QB. I like him, but that still wouldn't solve the problem of 10 other crappy players on offense.

Nah let's draft another system running back with a slightly above average arm and try to teach him an NFL offense on the fly.

He will be tagged for sure. He is above average QB and one can dream to have him. Not gonna happen though.

I dont understand why people think Chicago will let him go anywhere. They would need a QB then...? Why would they do that to themselves?

Eh, Cutler isn't a good leader to me. The NY media would eat him alive if he starts the pouty behavior he's shown in both Denver and Chicago.

He's had a history of injuries the past few seasons and would likely command a cap killing contract. All in all I don't see him a guy that can lead a team to a Super Bowl.

Ideally they draft a rookie qb and do everything possible to get that pick right. You don't have to overpay rookie qb's no more since the rookie pay scale is better. Draft a guy and do whatever it takes to put him in a position to develop and succeed.

because McCown has run that offense just as effectively.

Why would Cutler leave the offensive weapons (Forte, Marshall, Jeffery, Bennett...etc.) he has in Chicago for the pile of crap we have?

Why in Gods name would Cutler who plays with Marshall and Jeffery (who we should have drafted) come play with this sorry offense.

If this were a contest for ideas that don't work for any party involved, this would be a winner.
