But how many people still own theirs? I haven't looked at it in years but it is possible it was made by Logo Athletic
I doubt many people still have them. Kyle was a good player for us, obviously fans want a pass catching TE but he was like an extra OL in there and was huge in the run game.
My baby... Game Issued 2001 Curtis Martin signed jersey.. Anyone know of a good place to send jerseys to have framed?
It's funny how I actually have authentics of most of the early requests Rhodes - white- 54 Chrebet - green - 48 Pennington -green - 52 or 54 I'm not sure. Martin - white - 52
You just made my day... I purchased a signed Curtis Martin helmet a few years ago but he signed with the #28. Most of his signatures I had seen show him signing without the #28.
Yeah , me as well. Not that I need reminding what the greatest Jet in my lifetime wore on his jersey.
Incredibly I sold mine on ebay about 2 years ago. The wording on the advert was something like.. PLEASE take this jersey off my hands, worst Jets player ever..blah blah blah... Started at 1p and sold for something like £20
I've been looking for a Chrebet kelly green (or white away from 95) for a while. Size 54. Also, I'd be able to part ways with my Keyshawn kelly green replica size 52..
Curtis has always been such a class act. I remember when he was still playing my boy was an early teenager and read some article in like SI for Kids or something about the most willing NFL players to give an autograph, and Curtis was one of them. My son decided to write a letter asking for his autograph with a Curtis Martin football card and a return envelope attached. He addressed it to the Jets organization: C/o Curtis Martin. I thought it was a longshot that he'd get a response considering it was just a letter that had to go through numerous people before Curtis would even see it. Sure enough though, we got a letter in the mail about a month later - signed Curtis Martin 28.
It's hard not to have been impressed with him, he's a good dude and why so many fans loved him. BTW got a Troy Aikman card signed his rookie year essentially the same way.
