That is what I was wondering and Winslow wasn't kicked off the team and McKnight wasn't signed by Idzik.
I'm assuming he's talking about the 2 camp fodder guys who were cut before the Goodson thing was even reported. Not even sure that Idzik signed them, but he certainly cut them quick.
Goodson already served his suspension for this matter earlier this year. If he is found not guilty or pleads to lesser charges, he is good to go. No reason to cut him now.

Idiot friend may have gotten paid to do the three years. Idiot friend says in the article, "I know my family is taken care of" while he is on the way to the slam for 3 years. Goodson has earned 2.6 mil in cash, if he hasn't been a complete dumbass, I'm sure he had enough scratch to pay off friend. Especially with the hope of getting back on the field.

You made that comment today. The guy on the field is a good player. He's got good speed and fresh legs: not overused, he still has gas in the tank. It wasn't a bad signing. So this one you can't blame on Idzik.
He last played in the 2013 season when he rushed 7 times for 61 yards he then went out with a season ending knee injury. He has a total of 743 rushing yards in 5 seasons, why waste the roster spot on him. If I am taking someone with a knee injury I would pick up Moreno, he may not be ready right now but certainly more upside than Goodson.
