Sure let's do it, that way the Jets are left with 2 rookie backup QB's...Both with no NFL game experience.

The Bucs are certainly in need, but I am not sure if a package can be worked out.

Can you post some thread or link or something?

What could you get for Ramsey though? A draft pick? A player what are we talkin here. Another 4th round pick that we always seem to pick up then trade then get back again.

I thought Ramsey cost us a sixth? I don't seeing him as having appreciated in value.

With Billy Volek available , can't see that , unless theres a player like a NT or RB going the other way

Then again this is the team that spent a third round pick on Chris Simms

Billy Volek got beat out by a rookie and a guy out of retirement for 2 weeks. The Titans certainly screwed the pooch by not dealing him when he had actual value.

Im sure this might be talked about on the tampa sports radio, but i dont think this is even a thought in the buc's FO. Gruden has "I'm just going to try and pump him back up with confidence and let him know that you have to learn from these things, and you have to learn quick." Simms is lacking a Veteren QB who can help him learn....Tim Rattay...is not in anyway a guy who can help simms....but i cant see the bucs thinking Ramsey can offer anything to help simms.

Gradkowski is probably their best QB Gus...all i know about Simms is that his Longhorns got beat by my Red Raiders with Kliff Kingsbury as QB...Kingsbury was the best QB in the state of Texas in 2002 and Kliff is currently flipping burgers...Simms is awful

Yeah your right maybe thats just my wishful thinking. A 4th would be nice for ramsey, but you think we are looking at a 6, maybe a 5?

Simms was benched in favor of Major Appelwhite at Texas...Simms is just not that good, but it's not like they have an upgrade...Bucs fans would love to have Griese back.

Watched Simms play 3 times last year and was impressed. He seemed to have inherited his fathers poise and cool headedness , maybe its others around him that are bad. Has anyone actually seen him perform yet?

Its not all on simms.....the play calling has been rough, Gruden said it needs to get better... Gradkowski looked impressive during the preseason, but he cant be named the starter. Simms seems more nervous this year and he has to just calm down

That's about the best you can expect. I still do not think we will trade with the BUCS, though.

the thing is, tampa bringing Vinny in isnt such a bad thing. Not to actually play, hire him on the coaching staff, hes a great teacher for a young QB, in my opinion anyway
