Brian Costello @BrianCoz Jets don't expect Santonio Holmes to be back this week, per source. #nyj I didn't expect him to be out for more then 2-3 weeks tops but looks like that's gonna be the case.
LOL You got there before me!! ^^^^^^ He's out there today in pads and helmet: https://twitter.com/SethWalderNYDN/status/393053096433446912/photo/1
I wonder how much $$$$ he will get when he signs with a new team next year? No way $7 million. Maybe 3?
Holmes back for this weekend would be much appreciated. I still want Kerley getting plenty of looks though. He's earned it and is proving his worth every week.
Not exactly murderer's row right there. Kerley and Hill are professional receivers, but the rest aren't even JAGS.
How exactly does Hill differ from a JAG at this point? Seriously, I'd be more comfortable knowing Nelson was going to start at WR than knowing Hill was. And I know next to nothing about Nelson and his potential contributions. Stephen Hill works hard and he's got great athletic ability but he's nowhere near a professional receiver at this point.
Because his YPC is 16.7, which is the same as Josh Gordon btw. Throw in the fact that he should have another 77 yard TD catch in the Pittsburgh game (dude was open by 4 yards) and another 50 or so yard TD against NE if it wasn't for a questionable call. I'm not saying he's the second-coming. In fact, you can go back and read my rants about how Alshon Jefferey should have been the pick instead instead of Hill. He needs more developing obviously, but IMO he is a viable NFL receiver at this point; much more so than the other three.
