The first pick was a bad throw, he needs to put more air under the throw, he had the DB's beat. Second pick was a bad decision, he thought he could fit the pass in before the LB got there.

I was thinking the same thing. Powell looks like an all-star against the Bills, but he's not that good. He's slightly better than Greene.

Sanchez torched the Bills to last year, I am excited tho about Genos deep ball ability with a pass happy oc. Powell is a work horse by the way and he doesn't fumble. Jets should be 3-0 it's a shame were not

I don't disagree with your philosophy but if one of those plays gets loose, there's another 7 points on the board and the Jets are in a blowout.

Jets offensive line played really well. No sacks given up and Geno had a pretty good pocket for the most part.

    OK

They didnt have any CB's. On one play Holmes caught a deep pass and shoved a CB on the floor. You think thats gonna happen again this season?

Maybe Hill only has good games against the Bills. Because I think Hill's only good game last season was against the Bills. Lets see how he looks in other games where his fundamentals will be tested.

Heh, Geno was releasing the ball a lot quicker than previous weeks. Thats where he shines. When he stands around in the pocket thats where he gets in trouble.

Geno gives me hope for the future for our offense. If he's this good already, albeit with
some very frustratingly bad rookie mistakes mixed in, just imagine what he can be by
    season's end.

I disagree the 1st pick was a very good throw he just did not see Leonard or believe he could catch up. He threw the ball in the perfect spot away form the corner in front and to the right of the receiver giving the corner no chance. The problem was Leonard. Either he did not see him or he thought he had no chance of catching up.

Marty goes after a green rookie. That's a start. Sparano never did that. Schottenheimer certainly never did that.

I disagree, that pass needs to be a rainbow so that the safety doesnt have a chance to make a play.

Today looked like Erhardt-Perkins not WCO. There were a couple of screens and a few slants but basically the Jets ran the ball hard and then took shots deep to make the Bills pay for bringing a safety up.

Loved the flea flicker. Now teams have to put that in their prep time. Loved the wildcat. More time sink for Belichik to deal with. Really loved the deep shots up the sidelines. The Patriots may be the only team in the NFL with worse DB's than the Bills.

BTW, the Bills CB's in this game were CFL caliber after the injury early on. They had a rookie and a safety playing CB.

Omg. Finally one decent game in years and people are saying this. Smh.

Today was a decent game for the O against a bad secondary. If the jets can continue espeacially agaisnt good teams well then ill start to believe we finally an nfl offfense.

Were you jumping for joy when Sanchez eviscerated the Bills last year?

I really don't know how much latitude MM gives Geno to change the play at the LOS.

There seemed to be a few plays where the Bills' defense was obviously prepared (like the 4th and 1) but we ran the play anyway.

At WVU Geno was a true field general in the Payton Manning mold, changing up to 80% of the calls at the LOS based on the defensive alignments.

I know it's common for a OC to give the QB 2 plays to call in the huddle and make the final decision at the LOS, but I don't know if Geno's been given any latitude YET. QB's have to earn the trust of the OC before change plays, especially at the LOS.

I guess Geno gets the call, gives it to his huddle, and runs it no matter what.

Some day, maybe Geno will have the Peyton trust to call all his own plays in the huddle and change whatever he wants at the LOS. To me, that's future 'upside'.

We beat the freaking shitty Bills secondary. Awesome. Now this proves we now have a offense with Gates, Hill, and Kerley. Scary stuff...

Seriously, this place still getting hype for no damn reason.

It was a decent game, that's it. It proved nothing. I want to see the JETS do great against a good team first before I jump and bump my head on the ceiling like many here are doing.

I'm not saying nothing good was shown. There were some good passes here and there and WRs finally caught the ball but seriously c'mon...

Also what the HELL does Sanchez have to do with anything. Im serious here.

I didnt join as a Sanchez supporter or super fan of him so please hop off my dick.

Stop assuming because I dont give this team 10s that I think the reason why is because Sanchez isnt under center.

    Goodbye and goodnight.
