A week ago, Tennessee barely hung-on to beat Air Force 31-30.

Last night, I watched Army lose a game to Texas A&M 24-20. It was a game that Army had no business being in, and then had no business losing. Army was a 27 point underdog but should have won this game. On third down at the A&M two yard line and nine seconds left, Bobby Ross decided to run the ball. Game over. I'll admit that part of the reason they were down at the two is because Dennis Franchione is the dumbest head coach in all of college football. Still, Army should have taken this game.

Finally, right before I checked out for the night, I saw Navy putting a beat-down on Stanford 37-9. Granted, this is a weak Stanford team; but I don't think anyone would have predicted that brand of whooping.

So, props to the service academies.
