    It's an odd situation ... even the report that Schiano fixed the captaincy voting so Freeman wouldn't win.

    Freeman has been horrible this season. He was putrid today. He is horrible considering it Is his fifth season and unlike the Jets he has weapons - Martin, Jackson, Williams.

    nothing more than a backup yet IMO, I don't see a situation he will enter where he will be PROCLAIMED the starter

    His career is heading in the same direction as Sanchez's..to be sitting on somebody else's bench as a backup.

    They should get rid of them both, as soon as it makes sense to. Schiano has been a terrible hire for them. Freeman had his moments, but he's not that good.

    I have a feeling things are about to get real ugly down in Tampa.

    You've got a lot of high profile turmoil going on between Head coach/GM/QB, a lot of highly paid high profile veterans, a media circuit notorious for causing drama, a "rah rah college style head coach & a locker room who flat out quit on the prior coaching administration.

    If Glennon flashes or if they're in decent position to snag a qb in the draft next year, this is going to be a very attractive job. There's talent on both sides of the ball.
