If the Jets did win the Super Bowl, the NY media would write a story saying "Super Bowl Win Prevents Jets from Re-signing Their Key Free Agents". A month ago Manshit wrote an article talking about how Idzik was already off to a bad start bringing in talent. A month later, Geno can play, Sheldon looks pretty good and Milliner is experiencing rookie learning curves, while guys like Winslow & Colon seem to be good additions. More up than down there, really. We still have many holes to fill, but...I like the direction the roster is heading in. We're 1 play away from being 0-2, but, also a few plays away from being 2-0. Just gotta be patient & let them grow, see what happens.
If the Jets won the Super Bowl, the NY media would've already shown their 180-degree hypocrisy with a slew of "I Just Knew It All Along!" articles leading up to the big game itself ..... ....lead by Steve 'Perennial Frontrunner' Serby.
The secondary is not good on paper, which is a quick way to lose on defense. I actually thought they'd be worse than they have been.
The last line of the article is my favorite: "The elite teams may want to play them. Everybody else will not." It echos what Rex has said before, he wants a team that no one wants to play against.
Serby is an ass clown and every single one of the media have earned the right to NOT print anything positive. They are all bandwagon ass monkeys and I won't give their links any "love". If it's here in TGG I'll read it but I've already banned/boycotted all other forms of media.
