Just keeping track of a few of the rooks who we passed on so far in pre-season Chance Warmack - the guy I wanted the most this year. He blew the hole open for Chris Johnson ridiculous 58 yard TD. They ran behind Warmack early and often. Even Shonne Greene Looked good behind him. So far he appears to be a stud. Mingo - Didnt do much in his debut. Sharif Floyd - a couple of hurries, lots of pressure up the middle and a sick negated by penalty. He caused a lot of havoc. Tayvon Austin - One target, one drop. Total non-factor. Jarvis Jones - Playing right now against Giants. So far recovered a fumble. Anyone else see any action from rooks you wanted this year, feel free to chime in.
Also Tyler Eifert. His OC Jay Gruden said that he looked great as a blocker in the running game but "awful" in the passing game.
I too wanted Star, but if there's one thing I trust about Rex and this team, it's defense (especially on the D-line). Sheldon will be a beast imo.
This isn't really about rookies but I'm just watching this Titans game now and you can see there running game is going to be nice with Greene thumping defenses and Johnson running by them.
Yep. But on the Greene's TD, Chance provided the kickout block that made a huge hole for Greene to run untouched to the end zone. I really like the Titans' revamped line but Chance is a monster.

I too wanted Chance here, he looked amazing the other day. Greene and Johnson both looked a lot better.

We did not pass on Austin... The Rams jumped up to the 8th pick and stole him from us... The Bills traded that pick to them cuz they didn't want to see Tavon toasting they ass for the next 10 years..
