It would be a nightmare if the Heat had a legit center. Thats been the weakness for em.

I just read somewhere an offer is being made for Brand? Anyone can confirm this? Now this really doesn't make any sense unless they are trying to use this to make another move.

@HowardBeckNYT: There's mutual interest between Knicks & Elton Brand, but Brand fielding offers from several top teams. Nothing imminent

Brand would be a good depth guy. Could see the roster looking something like:

    Felton
    Shumpert
    Smith
    Anthony
    Chandler

    Prigioni
    FA Backup PG
    Hardaway
    Shawne Williams
    FA backup swingman
    Amare
    Darko
    Brand
    Leslie
    Smith

I'm still going with my prediction a few months ago that Dwight Howard would sign with Houston. I don't see Atlanta having the ability to surrond him with the players Houston can and Dallas will take a year or 2 to rebuild. Houston can compete with a healthy Howard, Lin and Harden. Chander Parsons is an underrated player and Mchale might know a thing or two about big men. I almost wonder if they would bring in Hakeem to work with Dwight as well.

I know Dwight says he doesn't want to go back to LA but I won't ever say never with the Lakers or with a guy who changes his mind as much as I change socks. I could see them trying to move Gasol and go out and getting another shooter.

Also, I'm very interested to see where Andre Iguadola goes. I'm surprised I haven't heard more about that

Its gotta be Houston, that was my pick to. Im sorry but Dallas is not the team, if he goes there then next season will already be a waste, Dirks older. I say Houston, Dallas wont be able to build around him for another year.

I sure don't approve of giving that slow motion motherfucker 9 mil per year. He did improve this year but he disappeared in the finals, as he usually does against physical teams.

So much for getting a physical big for 2013/4.

*Until they get worn out near the end of the season with crappy depth and an old team. Then they will get worse FAST and will struggle for another 4 years.

The Bucks, Suns and Clippers have agreed on a deal that sends J.J. Redick and Jared Dudley to Los Angeles, Eric Bledsoe and Caron Butler to Phoenix, and two second round picks to Milwaukee.

Redick got a 4 year 27 million deal from the sign and trade...

The owners love throwing money around still after the lockout...

Further proof that the Bucks seriously need to be eliminated from the NBA.

It's a 4 year deal now on the plus side

    http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/9445283/sources-tiago-splitter-agrees-re-sign-san-antonio-spurs

JJ got that, Martell Webster signed for 4 for 22. Kevin Martin was offered 4 for 30.

JR Smith's market is getting set, and it's outside NYK's range
