So NFL just posted a full 7 round mock, you can see the entire mock here.

    Here are the Jets picks.
    9. New York Jets: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU.
    13. New York Jets: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia.
    39. Jets: EJ Manuel, QB, Florida State.
    72. Jets: Gavin Escobar, TE, San Diego State
    106. Jets: Montee Ball, RB, Wisconsin
    141. Jets: Brandon McGee, CB, Miami (Fla.).
    178. Jets: Corey Fuller, WR, Virginia Tech
    215. Jets: Marquess Wilson, WR, Washington State

So three WRs, a RB, a TE, a QB on the offensive side. An OLB and a CB on the defensive side.

    Uhhh..yeah, I doubt it.

***NOTE: This is NOT a mock draft created by me, if you click the link you'll see this is from NFL.com***

I want Tavon, but is interesting, who would have a greater impact, Tavon or Geno Smith?

Tavons a monster, with him and Holmes it would be purse insanity if we could deliever the ball.

I wouldn't worry too much about the 3 WR if two come in rounds 6/7.

Once you get into the 6th & 7th rounds, I think teams just want somebody that can somehow stick to an NFL roster. Solid backup or quality depth or Special Teams abilities are likely the focus this late.

This is fine as long as the Jets draft someone useful at 9 instead of Mingo.

No safety in a deep class and no guards or tackles, I'm glad this is just a mock

Dislike it from top to bottom. Glad northern isn't making the Jets selections.

Corey Fuller is probably about as good a prospect as Stephen Hill. Taking him late would give the Jets twice the chance to have a field stretching split end to open up the underneath stuff in the WCO.

I'm dead set against the Jest drafting a WR in the first round- its not their main priority. Thsese picks by Northern are just plain bad. No Guards/Tackles and a rushing DE/OLB?

They must be Patriot fans :p

I'm going to edit the first post because apparently reading comprehension is not a strength on these boards. Hell, I was even critical of the mock in my first post...why would I be critical of my own mock?

These picks aren't mine, it's an article from NFL.com. Last time I checked I'm not employed by NFL.com but since it's so difficult for some I'll add a note to the first post.

True, but we traded up to take Hill in the 2nd. Taking Fuller at 6 would be great, IMO.

  15. Give me a break with the Hill hate.sometimes you have to take a chance on height/weight/speed.All of which hill has. God forbid a young player takes a year to properly develop.Which I guess means we can look forward to jet fans calling a good 50% of our yet to be draftees busts by mid August.Pitiful

Absolutely! The Jets knew when they drafted him that he had very little experience catching or even running routes. Hill was drafted as an athlete that needed two or three years to develop. He was not my choice of picks. But since he is a Jet, I will give him a legit chance to develop.

Well as a 6th rounder Stephen Hill would be all upside at this point. As a traded up for 2nd rounder he's a bust in the making.

  18. I think he's well on his way to being a really good wide out.when he first showed up to TC even Revis had trouble covering him.He had some good moments in games and defenses always has a a safety over the top in respect to his speed. He has things to work on but so do all young wrs

You may prove correct, but I remember that Hill played at GaTech where they ran 39 out of every 40 plays. The Jets/fans knew he was raw and only time will tell if he busts or turns into an asset.
