    Rich Cimini
Looks like RB Shonn Greene poised to sign with Titans, per @jwyattsports. #jets

    Manish Mehta
Looks that way RT ‏@jwyattsports Indications are #Titans plan to sign RB Shonn Greene during his visit. Expecting this to get done today

Liked you a lot Greene, but we need a more dynamic back. Good luck over there!

Good change of pace back for Chris Johnson. That's the role he should have had with the Jets the last two years, change of pace for somebody quicker who could carry the main load.

That's a tremendous fit for the Titans. He'd be a great north/south complement runner to CJ's home run hitting ability.

I just going to say my peace and be done.

Greene, is a GREAT #2 back in the NFL. If we had made the correct moves back in 2010 by officially starting Tomlinson and naming Greene as the #2 and seen his value as a true # 2 than he could have excelled on a true Ground 'n Pound team.

In 2009 with Thomas Jones, Greene carried us through the end of the season and into the playoffs until he injured his ribs in Indy. In 2010, he carried us in the 2nd half of the season and put the Pats to sleep in a game I will never forget.

Greene, is a solid possession running back, rarely fumbles. For a time, with a feature back on the roster, Greene killed defenses. The side to side movement sucks, he as a slow start up engine and his hands are questionable (the guy throwing the ball is questionable too). He has buried many LB's and DB's throughout his time as a member of the Jets (so much fun to watch). I will miss his play on the field and I think he had a great run with us while he was here.

Good run but best to let him go somewhere else. LaMont Jordan part two without the part about him being high in demand.

Shonn Greene is going to have major vulture upside next year in fantasy football. And possibly the safest starter/handcuff combo around.

LaMont Jordan was a much better player than Greene, and he was signed to be a starter. Greene is now being moved from starter to 2nd string/short yardage/change of pace guy like he should have been all along.

    Completely different situations.

Good riddance. He's a good back up, but can't carry the load. No big loss for the jets

Look up the definition of average back in the dictionary and you'll find a picture of Shonn Greene. No loss here. Can get an equivalent younger player in the 3rd-5th round.

After giving Levitrre 8 mil per, wonder how much they'll overpay Greene.

well he must really have liked those titan's throwbacks...

good luck tho, always liked greene, big bruiser great at running people over. not so good left to right but in the proper role he doesnt need to be. send him out to a tired d and watch him plow through defenders. he is also a pretty sure thing on 3rd and 1...
