Most 6th rounders don't ever make an impact. It was more about getting anything at all for someone about to be cut. Cellar Door is right. They need space to sign some of their other FA's
this is what happens when you sign your qb to a 120 million dollar contract. the ravens will be fine though, they will rebuild and they will do it in a very smart manner. boldin is aged and costs too much money on the last year of his contract. great move by the ravens and a great add by the niners.
bad move for the Ravens, flacco isn't worth $120 million, he just isn't. If I'm flacco I'd take a $20mil paycut just to keep Boldin around, he gets way too little credit for his contributions to flacco's success.
