Is anyone else reading this? Revis and Sherman going at it on Twitter. Sherman went on to say how Revis' career stats are sort of looking like Shermans 1 season (this season). He continues with (live on ESPN), Revis can say people don't throw to him, but in his first 2 years, look at his numbers, he barely has any picks. I am paraphrasing obviously. This is pretty funny. Revis > Everyone else.
Revis is doing Sherman a huge favor by responding to him. He's elevating the argument and Sherman's status in the process.
sherman may be pointing out that either he is underpaid , or revis is overpaid, if he expects over $8-9 million per year in the next contract.
Revis never had the benefit of a front seven like Seattle's front seven. Revis had to lock his receivers down without any pass rush. In addition, the safety never played over the top, or at least a very small percentage of the time. Sherman is not nor will he ever be as good as Revis.
Carroll has to keep his players on a leash. I just took it as Sherman trying to troll Revis, he doesn't seriously think he's better.
LOL, I didn't think it was a particularly crazy statement. We're going to have to trade Revis. I'd trade him in a heartbeat for Sherman if the Seahawks would go for it.
didnt he get suspended for peds this past year? anyway, while seattle has a pretty good cb tandem, neither of the can hold revis jock strap. he is hands down the best corner in the league and possibly of all time. he is just that good.
Revis sounds so butthurt. He shouldn't have even responded, he's officially a question mark coming off a torn ACL. Sherman is definitely bitch made calling out Brady and Revis though. Sherman has a lot to prove still.
