I was just pointing out that since I started fully watching Jets games at age 5, they have won 7 playoff games. 4 of those were with Rex and Sanchez since 2009. The Franchise is not so great, as we all know, so I don't know why people are so hard on these guys. 11 and 12 were awful, but I can't forget 09 or 10 either.

that viewpoint does explain a lot of the loyalty around here to Sanchez and Ryan. If you came of age in the last 15 years, this is as good as it gets. Some of us have been watching for 3,4 and even 5 decades. We see them as a blip.

good point, I hated that move from the word go. Another instance where the owner wanted some back page headlines for the franchise.

Hell No, Those two guys are tools, period. They would have booed whoever the pick was.

I liked the Sanchez pick, he just turned into a bust. It is what it is....

I'd always take that option if I had the choice. Now we may have the choice.

God, 3 of the top 12 in the 09 draft were on our roster this year. The worst draft...

They commented that they were shaking their heads because they figured the Jets gave up too much to trade up. not because they didn't like Sanchez.

But at this point if the Jets gave up the towel boy it would have been too much.

So yes, they were right. lol.

exactly they have been on here defending themselves thinking we had given up too much at first. after 2 afc championship appearances they were saying it was the right pick.dont even give these guys an ounce more.
the older brother was even employed by the jets as head of internet something. like making sure the players were on twitter or some bullshit

I try to ignore the Rex tattoo thread as much as I can. Can't believe that's as long as it it.

    This thread is hilarious though.

Hopefully our new GM will be wiser when it comes to the draft.
