no it's not. I'm just referring to how people will react. If Sanchez plays well, lots of people will be posting about how he's not that bad. People overreact to individual games and that's a fact.
um, haven't you figured out yet that nobody cares what people post about? TGG posts have zero impact on what the NYJ & Sanchez decide to do about 8.5M in guaranteed compensation for 2013.
I believed the same thing until we experienced Tebow. Now I'm not so sure. There is evidence that Woody J is a weak knee owner who plays to public perception. Tebow was enormously popular before he came here. He's the sort of guy you want to root for even though he isn't on the Jets. It's until he joined our team and created the cluster fuck here that I realized perception does matter to a small degree.
Glennon? Not Smith or Wilson? Interesting. I think Tyler Wilson could become a cult hero in Orchard Park.
1)Um, do you have trouble reading? I didn't say that TGG posts do have an impact. I just don't want to see it happen, with people inevitably overreacting. I didn't say Sanchez would be the starter next year if he had a good game. 2)Media reaction does seem to matter to the Jets.
I think the Jets do care about public perception. Just look at all the leaks to the media the last few years.
my bad. I guess I did not realize you were talking about individuals and not the jets organization. carry on
How about Mario Williams takes Sanchez out of the game early and the Jets are forced to use Tebow. Tebow then plays "ok" to get the win and the Jets staff looks stupid for the rest of the offseason for not using him. PS I'm not a Tebow fanatic but I wouldn't mind seeing him play just this one meaningless game.
Would a bandwagon Jets fan be here. They have been shit on all year. You guys suck have for about 10 years and nobody says anything.
Uhhh if you pick your franchise QB out of this draft, you aren't getting a franchise QB, that's my opinion on it. Random note, I'm watching Community and they just referenced a fight at Applebees. They do, but I think they care more about the publicity part than the perception part at times.
The Bills have the greatest DL in history of the NFL, that coupled with the inconsistent OL spells trouble for the immobile, clumsy Sanchez.
Got it, misunderstood originally. Thought you were sarcastic about how "difficult" it'd be for Sanchez to handle the backup role.
Wow, this is what is come down too. I wanna see Sanchez throw 3 picks in the 1st half as usual, maybe drop one on the ground too, Rex will have no choice but to put Teblow in the game, that should be the final act of the circus....so fucking fitting...I have never seen it this bad....anybody think a new coach, and gm, with some draft picks in between will fix this!!!!!!....you are crazy......stick with Rex......demote Tanny......get somebody here that can actually recongnize a talented football player.....get a vet QB........Remember when Vinnie Testaverde came?
I hope this team isn't stupid enough to keep believing in Sanchez if he has a good game against the bills. He already carved them up once and look where that got us.
