I'm open to Vick but with a decent backup. Hopefully McElroy can fulfill that void. Vicks style of play makes him way to open to injury, all his years with Philly he got hurt and missed time each season. I share the same sentiment towards Sanchez wherever he ends up as well.
why not? Floyd is a non factor in Zona. sure he was their first round pick, but pairing Fitz with Holmes would be huge for them.
The Arthur Floyd thing on the other hand is a real possibility. Play confuse-a-cat with the Cards until they think they're getting amazing value for nothing. Sort of like what the Steelers did to the Jets in the Holmes trade.
I think you're going to have to trade for someone else's headache to pull this off ... go for the whole - both players need a change of scenery type deal. And off the top of my head I can't imagine any.
Why would Arizona do that??? Essentially we trade away two loose ends with a fuck ton of money and get their first round pick from last year... That makes sense. We wouldnt even be able to get that trade done if you switch cromartie with holmes.
Sanchez for Larry Fitzgerald? VERY unlikely, but you would think that Larry is getting tired of having his career slowly die at Arizona.
its all about contract homies matt flynn for sanchez makes sense contract wise. atleast i think it does
I guess this shoots down any hope of the frisbee dogs making a comeback for a halftime performance...
Have you seen their QB situation and OL situation??? Even Larry Fitzgerald, a top 3 receiver, has only 4 TDs and 675 yards. You put any WR on that team and they put up shit stats, let alone a young developing player. I dont know what would be more idiotic- them trading for Sanchez AND Holmes, or them giving up Michael Floyd.
The best you could do is probably get Alex Smith. But that would hinge on Harbaugh seeing any value in mentally damaged and mediocre Sanchez.
HAHAHA. Why would anyone ever make this deal? Seriously Sanchez could be traded with all the tail he's ever had who promised to form a life long harem in the basement of the Arizona GM's basement and I still don't think this happens.
Why would they trade a 1st round talent with a reasonable contract after a bad rookie year (common for WRs especially with awful QBs) for 2 terrible contracts, one of whom is a QB no better than Kolb and the other of whom is a WR coming off a Lisfranc injury? Add in that they have no running game and the worst O-line in the league and they should be rebuilding not trading good young talent for bad contracts. Edit to add- No one is trading for Sanchez, Manish is full of shit. Arizona if they wan to trade for t a QB is far more likely to go after Smith or Vick.
I'd like to trade my 2000 Frontier for a new Titan.... it's not happening, without adding something significant either :shit:
