did you watch the play before the last play? Good JR forces a steal, bad JR trails to 3 points line on fast break. Bad JR takes a stepback fallaway jumper, Good JR swishes it and wins the game

You can't really be mad about that. They were getting good open looks, they just weren't knocking down the shots. What a game. Can't believe we squeaked that one out. Kidd is a hero for calling that TO. I have no idea why JR didn't try to set up the break when they had numbers. I was like WTF!!! But somehow he hits the game winner. Ah well. Good shot, but he's still incredibly inconsistent on offense. Am I the only one who thinks the ball should at least touch Melo's hands once during each possession? When they do that it opens up players for good shots so they don't always have to do 1 on 1 iso plays.

This is the game we can gauge our team I so excited/scared to see what this team does. There are no excuses about injuries as everyone has them right now. Lets see this team play tough and win @ the Heat

We have been playing like complete shit the past 2 weeks...

I hope we destroy the Knicks tonight before we embark on another 2 weeks of playing like shit against inferior opponents...

Melo is a game time decision.

Camby would have been important in this game clogging the lane...

If losing to you tonight means you drop the next 60+ games, it's a sacrifice I'm willing to take

Melo officially. David Stern gonna fine us?

I kid about Stern fining us, the Melo out is real.

No excuses Deathstar, you gotta win this point guard or no point guard. 2/5 of the Knicks starting lineup not playing and potentially 3/5 if you include Amare.

I don't have a problem with him not playing. It's annoying but oh well, I 'd rather him get 100% healthy than do something stupid playing in a December game, even if it's for 1st in the East

So we need JR to be on fire and Novak to be on fire. We also need need Miami to suck really badly and Lebron to take step back long 2s all game and not to make them and be cold.

I so badly wanted to come here and say how the Knicks are elite, awesome, kicking ass...And are playing for the growing fascination of mine...Mike Woodson.

    Go get that ring Knicks!

I'm shocked over what happened yesterday. I thought with Melo out we would have gotten our asses kicked. This team scares me though. This live or die by the 3's is scary.

And sometimes you need to admit when you are wrong and Novack put pie in my face the past week. Holy crapola.

This, when everyone returns, will be one of the deepest teams I have ever seen in the NBA...especially with a salary cap.

A lot made of the return of A.S. and Schump...but with the age of this team..it will come at a perfect time. With this depth, it takes the age argument a bit out of the equation. Will they wear down? At some point...but knowing the way Woody has the pulse of this team...they will be fine.

That was one of the most amazing games this team has played in a long long time...considering you had about 50 million on the bench...amazing.
