He has been absolutely worthless on the Bills, except for kick return TD. I still remembered when he passed he threw an INT

How long do I have to wait for that to happen? I was hoping to raise a family some day.

I am not optimistic about this crew's willingness to make changes
If you recall last season, we all assumed that we'd get a new OC, a stud right tackle, a receiver to compliment Holmes and line-backing help

What we got was a new OC who pretty much replicates what we had last season,
an average right tackle, inserted after our old right tackle was allowed to stink up our preseason, because I guess the FO thought last season's suckage was a fluke, no receiver to compliment Holmes and a line-backer on whom the jury is still out (Davis). Let's not forget the cutting of new cornerstone (maybin) and more playing time than ever, it seems, for Mr Scott.

So, what makes anyone think that significant, positive changes are going to be made?

BTW, Tannenbaum will be here next year, in one capacity or another.

Based on Woody's comments a stable cleaning may be coming, not that he doesn't have his own sins to atone for but then how do the fans fire an owner? The whole organization seems to have become disfunctional.

I think all 3 very well could be gone... the injuries are just an excuse for a team that has absolutely no playmakers or depth. Does anybody honestly think this team would be any better with Holmes or Revis or both? Our D was exposed in the Buffalo game even though we beat Miami our O was against Pittsburgh and Miami.

The bottom line is if Tanny gets fired and I don't know how he doesn't then Rex will be fired as well. Any new GM is not going to want Rex. They might keep Sanchez only till he can find a QB that will take Sanchez's spot.

I think it's almost certain Tanny is fired and I'd put Rex up there as well.

Due to his contract I think Sanchez will be our QB next year

I didn't understand the hire without bringing in Henne. I would have bet money on us offering him a contract.

My wife and I both Tweeted Woody our displeasure about the team
during the game. Woody was Tweeting before kickoff; then his account
went oddly silent. Hopefully, he'll start to consider the disappointment
of his fan base, and start making changes.

Most new GM's step into lousy situations. Teams that do well don't fire their GM's so there aren't openings on good teams. A new GM gets at least a couple of years to turn things around.

Tanny - 60%. If we lose all the remaining games, he might be gone. If he splits the rest, he stays.

Rex - 80%. He will get one more year even if Jets lose out.

Sanchez - 99%. He is not going anywhere. Not because of his play, but because of his contract. There is a 1% chance he'll get traded away.

Tbh, I think the FO is pretty relieved that Holmes went out for the season. Just imagine what this shitstorm + Holmes personality/verbal skills would've added to all this...

And, from how I think Woody's brain work, I'm sort of pleased it finally ended up like this (it's steadily gotten worse, starting last season) simply because this is the worst case scenario for Woody The $ Junkie - the team is losing its fanbase FAST by the day now, to the point where I believe people won't show up in the stands, might aswell watch the game on tv until SOMETHING changes.

ANY tangible change will slowly bring the crowd back since we're all curious by nature, and I think Woody is smart enough to realize that. The reason everyone is going mental is because Rex/Tan/Sparano seem so blatantly convinced that all that's missing is "a play here and there and we'd be 7-4", completely determined in their notion that there's nothing wrong with the team itself.

Status quo is the worst thing that could happen now, from a fanbase standpoint, and that's what gives me hope that we'll see SOMETHING change 'til next game. I mean, just imagine being Woody in the half time, as we saw him getting up with his kids and wife, saying hi to friends and all... what can you really say or feel after having the whole nation see his team being teabagged on fucking Thanksgiving? My bet is that he's somewhat had it by now, previously having felt he should face the media before the Rams game at 3-6.

And having an honest and all-round good guy like Tebow (his playing skill is irrelevant in this matter) face the media and giving them BS lies was very disturbing to watch, but tells me something's happening behind the curtain - coz now they've gone into the shady business of trying to soothe this clusterfuck. And in my books, the best way to handle that is with honesty, trying to cover it up will only make things worse, both inside and outside the building.

Disclaimer: Sorry for shitty grammar/spelling/whatever, English isn't my native language >.<

If Tanny gets canned, we are blowing up the entire team. I just don't see it happening with MetLife hosting the Superbowl next year. I think we will see the Three Ringed Circus all of next season.

I don't think you'll know anything until the final 5 games are played out. As bad as Thursday was, it was just one game. If the Jets win 4 of 5 and finish 8-8, the self delusion may set back in and everyone stays. If the wheels that came off Thursday stay off and the team finishes with 6 wins or less, I think the chances are good that Tanny goes and a new GM is likely to bring in a new HC.

Sanchez will most likely stay because the Jets can't afford to let him go, especially with what is coming in the summer- the Revis hold out.

Watch them finish 9-7 and make the playoffs just to spite us. Then, they go on a run and make the Superbowl just to put a knife in our hearts (in terms of getting rid of Tannenbaum). :breakdance:

Getting to the AFCCG is no fluke, and can't be done with smoke and mirrors, no matter what some people on here want to believe.

So who gets credit for the back-to-back AFC championship appearances? Obviously very few teams do this in any given era, so... what person is most responsible?
