The 180 players interviewed must have been O lineman. Paid for the bulk, not the brain. No way Sanchez is overrated. As much as he is ragged on, how could he ever be overrated. Give me a break. At the same time there is no way Tebow is overrated either. He's riding pine for 95% of the game so how can a 5 percenter be overrated? Unless they are saying even 5% is overrated, which is just plain illogical.
I'm not surprised that Tebow is overrated since he is overrated IMO. I'm very surprised that Sanchez is considered overrated, when he's actually underrated when he plays good and rated correctly when he plays bad.
...so the players that voted him into the top 100 are now voting he is overrated? Interesting. I heard a lot of speculation that Tebow might start if Sanchez stunk it up but I didn't hear anyone saying he would or should start from the get go. In fact most of the discussion with few exceptions has been about getting Tebow on the field more - not starting him.
O-llineman are the smartest players on the Wonderlic as a group. They're the best team players because they have to be, an error by any of them makes them all look bad. For the record, offensive tackles score the highest on the Wonderlic followed by centers, quarterbacks and then guards.
Makes perfect sense I seem to remember a similar poll of NFL players last year and Tewbow was both the most Underrated and Overrated player at the same time.
Sanchez Fans are too funny! The people who voted in that poll are obviously stupid! Obviously I tell ya! Other people criticize Sanchez. But I think he's great! So how can be overrated? Those voters were just haters! I have no idea why they pick on Mark and the Jets, but they obviously do! That poll can't be right because I disagree with it! Outstanding humor. It's one of the things that keeps bringing me back.

I agree there is no way Sanchez can be over-rated when he sucks. I wonder if the over-rating is because he's supposed to be an NFL QB, which as football players go is one of the highest IQ positions. Sanchez has an awful football IQ so I can see him being over-rated as a QB with a brain but not purely as a QB because he's yet to prove he's an NFL caliber QB and as has been said by many others even on this site most think he sucks.
Tebow, fine, but why Sanchez ? I mean he's not that good of a QB but 4 road wins in the play offs, I wouldn't say anybody over rates him, He's rated about where he should be imo. Nobody praises him as great or really good any way.
This makes no sense. I've never met a non-NFL Jets fan who thinks anything other than Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow are terrible quarterbacks. They're probably considered by most people to be in the bottom 5-to-10 starting caliber QBs in the league. How could they be overrated? They're the opposite of overrated.
Show me the people who overrate Sanchez? He is clearly underrated, as most people think he is terrible, when in reality he is average.
