    Is there anyone on the roster we can trade for? Im thinking:

    Any one of their running backs, Louis Murphy, and Ben Hartsock.

    The RBs they'd even consider trading at a reasonable pick-cost aren't worth the cap hits they'd bring.

    Hartsock was a great blocking TE for us, not sure how he's played since 2010 tho.

    Honestly I would call the Panthers for Louis Murphy and cut that idiot Clyde Gates of the roster. He makes $1 million dollars this year. He is a free agent next year. He was the number 1 WR for the Raiders. We should try to get him for a conditional 7th.

    Teams don't really have fire sales at the trade deadline in the NFL, especially when they're trying to groom a QB. I doubt they move much of anyone.

    Louis Murphy, the guy the Panthers got for a 7th from the Raiders. Like I said, he was the number one target for the Raiders. Be an 8 game rental. For a 7th, do it.

    I'd love to see it happen but there's no way anybody would let him go when he's still stuck in rookie contract. Looks like all the pre-draft hype was on the money.

    Played against him in HS, he hits hard every time I caught the ball as a TE, he absolutely pummeled me lol.

    We acquired Braylon Edwards early in the 2009 season and that went on to help us a lot. But for the most part yea these trades never seem to happen.

    With that being said though I would love to acquire someone like Ben Hartsock or one of those RB's if the price was right.
