Troy Brown the WR for the pats is playing QB right now in the Giants game.

In light of our recent trade of Brooks we should pull the trigger and get Brown. He could throw the ball to himself over the offensive line. 1st grade style.

Maybe we will see Brad Smith at QB in the 4th quarter in our final preseas game.

The Reason for Troy Brown Playing QB

What is great about Bellicheck -- and I think Mangini has this quality -- is that you can imagine that day and night all he thinks about is things they can do to get any advantage over his opponents.

I liked Herm -- but he often had that confused look on the sidelines because, I think he was the opposite.

Consider the things that the Pats have done in the past:

Drop Kick -- Why did they do it? Because they could.

The Hidden WR trick -- that was them right -- against St Louis?

The center over the ball -- the rest of the line -- split wide (others have donet that too i know).

    Troy Brown on defense.

If there is a rule in football that Belly can use to his advantage -- you get the feeling he knows the rule and has thought about how he can use it in a game.

You didnt get that feeling with Herm at all.

Yeah, the guy is a true student of the game. A real strategist. But, if you want to keep winning when guys go down with injury you better have a backup plan. It's pretty smart really.
