No kidding. In fact, based off of the comments seen, these people aren't fans. How can they be fans when they are unhappy about a Jets win early in the season? A win where the entire team played well? A win where the RB they criticize went beast-mode on the field? Where the QB they want benched threw two crucial TD's? They only want a win on their terms. If Tebow doesn't start and/or Mark benched, and the Jets win, it means nothing. It's pretty odd.

Today should be a positive thing.

Dude, the Jets didn't win because of their skill, they won Indy sucks. We all know that's always how's it's going to be every time we win. It's never because we played a good game. Only because the opposition sucks. I thought our D had its best game of the season. Same with the running game. Indy has an average run D, and we exploited it. Something Schotty never seemed to be able to do. Fuck the haters, go JETS!

Good win. Glad to see Greene shedding tacklers. Our punter and ST gave us great field position all day. Mark was limited on passing and it worked out good for us.

The darksiders are pissed off that the Jets won. According to the darksiders nobody is allowed to be happy that the Jets played well. How dare anybody be pleased that we shut down a colts team that beat the packers last week. According to the darkside clown posse we should be angry and upset regardless of how well the team played.

It's not a win for these ass clowns until Sanchez gets benched.

Ppl need start rooting for the damn team and not a player, or position.

It's a team game both our offense and defense were good. Special teams played well also.

The team has 11 players on the field not only a damn qb or rb. That's all some ppl see.

P.S: F Ray Lucas, and Jenkins. 2 ass clowns with suits on. They come across as opinionated fans not experts. Jenkins was actually saying we needed Tebow today, I mean wtf was he watching besides calorie label on his kfc bucket?

Agreed 100%. Couldn't ask for a better win before playing the Pats.

To this JETS fan, today is a positive thing... Although I do not believe Sanchez will ever be able to take us to a SB, a win is a win, no matter who the QB is. I'm proud of the effort Greene and the defense put forth and just hope it can continue. As for Sanchez, I will give him his due, he did not screw it up and 'managed' well enough for us to win. I hope he continues also...

    AND THE PATRIOTS LOST!

sanchez played his best game of the year yestarday imo. prettier stats in buffallo but alot of that was empty stats vs a horrendous pass defense. not many pressures throws either as we were killing them from jumpstreet.

yestarday he hit the third down throws, he hit the redzone throws. he didnt turn it over, he didnt make any throws that were risks to be turnovers. he did have another tipped pass, which is frustrating, but beyond that and missing hill once on 2nd and long, he played a great game.

sometimes its the 11 completion 82 yard games that really count. the pressure wasnt on him, but if he misses those third down throws and luck can get a rhythm things might have been alot closer.

the bar is too high for mark. he wont every carry this team. but he can certainly help us win if the run game and defense does their jobs

It makes you wonder some times. It seems some fans want Sanchez to fail more than the Jets succeed.

Sanchez played great against the Bills ok against the Steelers lead a comeback against the Dolphans sucked against he 49ers was average against Houston and played well Yesterday.

The jets are 3-3 and with a little better play from Sanchez against Houston they are 4-2. The sky is not falling the Jets beat three quality teams and did it with a porous defense and banged up offense. Our defense will and most likely has turned the corner and the offense has gotten some weapons back.

The key to making the playoffs will rest on the shoulders of Sanchez. He will have to win us one or two games.

The phrase "darkside clown posse" made me LOL.

Haters gonna hate. Brady is getting all sorts of hate in NE. KC fans are regretting their cheers for Cassell's concussion and wish they hadn't screamed so loudly for Quinn. Schaub, Romo, Smith etc.. We aren't alone. There are a lot of idiot NFL fans.

    Bring on New England!

I have to admit I was dogging Sanchez pretty hard last week.

He did an excellent job in taking care of the ball and not throwing picks. He also had sustained drives when needed. I think the true test of him as a 4th year QB will come against New England. There is a lot on the line.

Sanchez is not a starting caliber QB. A win/loss doesnt change that.

Yes, it should be set very low for a top 5 paid QB in the league in his 4th year. Only Sanchez lovers would be "impressed" by his performance yesterday....

    Rex Ryan's opinion vs. yours...?

I'm sure the Jets Front office is paying very close attention to this thread as it unfolds.

More fans it seems want to be right and be able to say "See I predicted the Jets would be 6-10 and they are! I'm right!". You see it from both sides of the table thought. The Jets win with Sanchez playing decent and everyone comes out saying "See look at Sanchez, I'm right" and the week before the Jets lose with Sanchez playing decent and everyone comes out saying "See look at Sanchez, I'm right"

I love how this ignores the fact of the rookie wage scale making first round QB picks much much cheaper. If there was no rookie wage scale, Sanchez wouldn't be a top paid QB. If you didn't enjoy yesterday's game, I can't help you. Like almost everyone on this site says, Sanchez isn't an elite QB, but he is a QB that you can win games with and probably the best option at QB for this team.

Overall from what I take in, I see more posts saying "Sanchez should get no credit for any of his success" than "It's everyone but Sanchez's faults". Either way together both these points are in the minority, but these are the posts that get responses because they are so one sided and don't understand the concept of a team sport
