How can u say Cromartie sucks??? he locked down Andre Johnson all game long he caught 1 ball, and had a INT during the game, and he shoulda had a TD catch. If your saying Cro sucks right now u clearly know nothing about this game,Cro is gonna be the reason we forget Revis is injured for the rest of the season.Cromartie no longer has to live in the shadow of Revis and he will step up every week from here on out

Shonn Greene is not an every down back in the NFL. He is a plodder plain and simple. We need an explosive young scatback along with Greene because that loosens defenses up and then you bring Greene into ground and pound and wear the defense down.

Yet he is obviously not a featured back and this is just another illustration of poor talent evaluation of the current coaching staff for having unrealistic expectations that our backfield is set with Shonn Greene as our primary back.

But then again, it's laughable that he doesn't get that pass but Mark gets the same pass every single year.

Shouldn't it read.. "Shonn Greene, 1 broken tackle in 80 touches this season"?

Missed tackle sounds like Shonn Greene himself missed the tackle.

I def don't think Cromartie sucks nor Pace, that is what my unrealistic Jets fans are saying. Lots of knee jerk reaction on this board. As soon as something negative happens we call for benching and trading ppl.
For example ppl on this board were along for Revis to be traded and Holmes. I can understand Holmes but Revis?

There is a reason our coaches start these players...

That's exactly the way I read it. Pretty much why I was curious and started reading this thread.

You have got to be kidding if you think Greene is a clutch player. He is a bruiser back and better off giving him more carries in the 3rd and 4th quarter to wear defenses down. The fact is, he loves to run into his linemen. I've watched it so many times. He tries to run up the gut, trips or steps into his linemen, and picks up 2-3 yards. If Powell is working, and you say that teams don't have to "gameplan" for him, why the fuck are we not using him more?!? Please, explain that to me.

    Your logic is flawed.

Just read that Percy Harvin has forced four times as many missed tackles than Greene when he's been used as a running back this season, and he's not even a running back! The lack of playmakers on this team is unbelievable. Such a boring offense.

I am totally serious when I say Tim Tebow could be a more effective RB.

Wow, just.......wow. I never cease to be amazed by the number of people on this board that say "don't believe your eyes or the stats.....THIS is reality"....When our eyes and the stats tell us something much different.
