    Not watching the game, did he blow a coverage or miss some tackles or what? Why is this guy calling him a bust?

    He didn't light it up and sometimes was beaten around a little bit but it's just the preseason, first year in the NFL most rookies have to bulk up a little bit.

    He'll come in handy to cover teams with multiple WRs % TEs...

    He played most of the game and had 4 missed tackles vs onlyn1 tackle made. Bust. Vernon Gholston part 2

    I am starting to think you are doing this on purpose now.

    D. Davis is apart of the Jets family....you either support him or get the **** off the Jets fanwagon! He's a rookie and still needs time to find his way, not everyone gets into the league and can become Patrick Willis and just take over the league like that. He has heart, the passion of a leader according to Rex Ryan and as usual with Rex's picks....never doubt Rex when it comes to defensive draft picks made under him.

    Hm, wasted pick huh? It looks like we have addressed RT without having to spend a pick. Therefore, if we used our pick for Davis on a RT, which we have filled without a pick, wouldn't THAT have been a wasted pick?

    The irony here is that if we had wasted that pick on an RT you be bitching that our LBs are old and slow.

    Steve Spurrier must've coached a buncha Hall of Famers on his redskins team.

    :lol:

    I was just thinking about Spurrier's Redskins preseason debut this morning. I lived in D.C. at the time and the Skins played Mariucci's 49ers in the Hall Of Fame game where Spurrier kept his starters in for the majority of the game and ran the score up 38-7. Some funny shit right there.

    Did Davis play any sub packages with the starting D? I don't remember seeing him in there with starters in the 3rd game.

    i was in a bar doing a FF draft but was trying to watch him (#49) as the game went on. I didn't see anything good or bad from him. Nothing that stood out. He does look bigger than I thought though (bigger than 235lb anyway). Wonder what weight he's running around at.

    regardless, we're still going to need to draft or sign an FA for OLB next year.

    Geez. Where is our math education?

    P -> Q does not automatically guarantee ~P -> ~Q. What it automatically guarantees is ~Q -> ~P. Know your math, folks.

    I did not watch him specifically, but I did see him come up the middle once and he closed on the QB like lightening. The guy is just fast.
