We will get a new RT , and Sanchez will flourish or do what he does best pick 6. Tebow will be the starter because he wants it more and finds a way to win.

TDs not 3s Pass it on.

Yeah, I've been saying this too. Can't remember if I posted about it on here, but I've discussed it in conversations with friends.

Two recent things have kept me believing that they're planning something different:
    1) On SNY, I saw a brief clip of Tebow catching a pass during one of the practices; it was a short route in which he did a double-move (ran a few yards, faked a step to the sideline, and then finished the route back to the inside) and then caught the pass.
    2) After that practice a week-or-two ago in which the media was only allowed to report minimal info, Cimini was on the radio and said that, from what he watched, 99% of the people out there have the wrong idea of how Tebow will be used.

Of course, this is all speculation etc, but I'm beginning to believe it more and more.

    THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE.

I'm willing to bet that Sparano is going full Spread Option. here's the kicker. In the Spread Option running attack, you generally leave one end of the other unblocked. This solves the Wayne Hunter problem. Can't block him ? Option him instead. Let Wayne crash down on another lineman or possibly target a LB.

    :)

Last season, conventional offenses had some of the most productive seasons the NFL has ever seen and you're suggesting its time for change? Defenses need to catch up, offenses are working just fine. Yours just doesn't have the talent to match the rest of the league.

I hope it's something good, because so far in preseason it has been Cat-astrophe.

Skip Bayless thinks it'll be a two qb system Sanchez gets the first quarter, Tebow gets the second by week four or five Rex will go with the hot hand.

Whatever it is I hope it works cuz what I've seen so far whoa it stunk.

With the way Sanchez is playing we will never get close enough to the red zone to find out what they may have planned.

They'll be using it plenty when Tebow becomes the starter due to lack of production or an injury to Sanchez thanks to the OL as well as his continuance to lock onto one receiver when he does have time.

Which might help get a W for the first game or two but then teams will prepare for whatever the mystery package is.

Last year schotty wanted to run a stupidly complex offense and the team couldn't get it done. Going to two entirely distinct offensive schemes would exacerbate the same problem. This isn't Madden where the players just learn all the new plays with a push of a button.

defending the deep ball and the run at the same time isnt always easy.

also, you dont need to catch anyone by suprise. i like tebow in the gun 5 wide. basically it allows tebow to run with less players in the box. or pass with more players inside. when he protects the ball, you can win with him.

on most teams, im not really a fan. its a passing league. but with our team, our terrible oline, and our weak wideouts. a tebow led running team makes some sense. especially since our D is much better then denvers

I think the Steelers used that plan last year.

Why would you use a QB on punt team? Why would you bring in a QB to run option and not see any in practice or Preseason? Why would you not fill holes in your OL in the off season? Things that make me go hummmm.

Hey man, PFT is shameless. They even ripped off Sundayjack's Fantasy Turd League idea almost verbatim.

    2 QB's

Bayless et al and their conventional thinking have Tebow and Sanchez spliting quarters. If they do that it really shows a lack of imagination. Game plan to use both at their best and throw in wrinkles every week. The coaches have had months to prepare. But don't expect to see anything in the pre-season.

    Tebow = RB

Mostly wishful thinking as I've grown to seriously dislike Greene's running game, and something TT does purdy fukin' well.

For some weird reason, I'm secretly hoping we somehow will see what McElroy can do..

Tebow is only a good runner due to the threat of passing. If you eliminate that he won't be anything special. The only way to maintain the threat of Tebow passing and keeping Sanchez as the QB is to keep both on the field for every snap and routinely have Tebow pass as the RB.
