Listened to a pretty good interview with Herm Edwards here: http://espn.go.com/new-york/nfl/story/_/id/8265496/joe-philbin-says-chad-johnson-fit-miami-dolphins It's the "Mike & Mike in the Morning" podcast in the middle of page. Herm brought up some really good points concerning why teams should be wary when signing this guy. I'd recommend everyone who is pro-Ocho Cinco to give it a listen.
I he was still producing i would be a little more open to it... but he was nothing last year with the pats & nothing special so far at camp with the fins... no thanks...
did he actually head butt his wife? if so he deserves to be publicly flogged and banned for life from the NFL.
No thanks. Just need to take the time to develop the young receivers. Keller can be a top five receiving tight end and Hill will get better (he has ALL the physical tools).
Exactly. Everyone loves to talk about how Brady is able to make mediocre players look really good. If Ocho looked crappy with Brady behind center, why do people think he would look better playing with Sanchez? My guess is he does nothing again this season and is out of the league next year.
Sign Ocho and pull a TripleH to the Corporation heel turn to immediately be the most hated team in football. As if we weren't already.
I'd rather see Oscar Pistorius sign with the Jets before NOcho. For those of you who don't know who that is... ^ If you swim in dry ice do you get wet?
A lot of these issues exist because we were losing. They need to make decisions that improve the team, and I was actually impressed by how Ocho looked in training camp. Could be a steal for somebody.
Agreed. Lets develop our kids. I feel White and Hill are keepers. I like Turner too and Riley still has to get some playing time. Kerley we know what he can do and Holmes is our #1.
HEY HEY HEY! Chad said he would never put a hand on his wife. So he "head butted" her. Show the man some respect......
