This ass clown said that Holmes and Tebow are our best O players and basically that the Jets are a joke, he also tried to make Rex look like a jackass with his best D coach comment on NFLAM and Rex defended it nicely. Who is this loud mouth blow job hack who only seems to have his job because he yells?? Who the fuck is Mark Kreigal???
Holmes is our best offensive player. If utilized properly, it's not insane to envision Tebow as the 2nd best. There are a lot of players with potential, but few proven. I don't think that part is too off the wall.
Who cares about Kreigel that woman, Nicole Zaloumis, on NFL AM is beautiful. At least I think she is.
Good post. What the media & many others fail to see is that the Jets are essentially rebuilding their offense skill group to suit what Rex/Sparano want.An aggressive physical running game with a vertical passing attack. There are alot of question marks. The potential is there but the national media pays no attention to that. We have to hope some youngsters step up.It's very possible. We have to hope our defense can carry the team through some tough games. Also possible.
A Mark Kreigal is that poop that sticks to your asshair when you have diarrhea. Known as a dingleberry in polite society. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=dingleberry
Really? You think Holmes is our best offensive player? And Tebow gets your nod for second? I'd put Mangold at first, by a lot. Holmes at second, off a down year--narrowly edging Moore and Ferguson, both also off down years. Then Keller, then Green, then Kerley..... Slauson, Sanchez and Tebow can fight it out with Terminator to see who has to sit next to WFH at the bottom of the list.
Hill is by far our best in terms of raw talent alone. For on-field production, Mangold is clearly the best by a longshot.
So he said Holmes is a better player at his position than Mangold is at his, or are you inferring that? Can you post the article/video? Maybe some quotes? Not saying it didn't happen, but I'd like to see it or hear it. If he did, it's beyond stupid.
Mangold is the best center in football, and its not close. He's not only the best player on our offense, after last year you could make an argument for him as one of our MVP's. If I were ranking the offensive players, a difficult task given inability to normalize the skill sets of an OL, WR, etc., my list would look something like this: 1. Mangold - top C, and one could argue top interior lineman in football right now. Superior run blocking, makes all the calls for protection; one only needs to look to last year's debacle in OAK and BAL and it is plain to see he is a candidate for offensive MVP. 2. Holmes - needs to put last year's bs behind him and go out and move the chains. He is a playmaker, and part of his responsibility is to recognize that until the other WR's prove themselves, he will see plenty of double coverage. That's part of the job description of being our #1. Deal with it, just as everyone else does. He had some very clutch plays last year (last minute TD's vs. BUF, @ WAS come time mind), and we all know how valuable he is. IMO, he needs to get on the same page as Mark and develop the type of chemistry that Sanchez and Braylon used to have. 3. Keller - time to show the league he is among the elite. His blocking is sub-par, but as a pass catching TE he should be playing at the level of a top-10 TE *consistently*. He should NOT be able to be covered by LB's. No friggin' way. Period. He has mismatch written all over him and needs to be a consistent part of the offense. 4. D'Brick - terrible year last year, and I've resigned myself to the trickle-down effect due to the terrible play of the OL as a whole. I expect him to return to form as a top-flight pass protector. Also, the right side of the line is a giant-ass question mark right now thanks to you-know-who (a damn shame considering I believe the other 4 starters on our line to be excellent, I cite the elite level of play in 2010). So I hope Brick is ready to step it up when it comes time to run to the left. 5. Greene - this one is predicated by his ability to stay on the field. His rookie year he proved to be a type of bruising north-south runner, and I loved what he gave us in the playoffs in 2009, and for parts of 2010. I am partly chalking up his poor performance last year to the inept play of the line, and I'm also pinning some of the blame on the FB position (I certainly did not take T-Rich for granted in 2009, and I miss that play now. I really want Conner or Baker to start taking a step forward, but I digress). I like Greene's style of play, but I dislike his inconsistency and fragility. I expect much more from him this year. Honorable mention: this is not to say I rank him 6th, I just want to express my appreciation for Brandon Moore. I read that he allowed only one QB hit all of last year, by far the lowest among G's, and I didn't even need this stat to appreciate how well he performed. Coming off hip surgery, and having to babysit the pile of fecal matter at his right, I was very impressed by his power blocking and protection. Here's to at least one more great year from the big man. In the doghouse: (from "not so bad, you just need to step it up" to "get off my team"): 3. McKnight - I love that we have consistently had a top-tier ST unit over the last few years, and I respect what he did leading the AFC in yards per return on kickoffs. But I am still hoping for more offensively. Here's hoping he breaks out and takes the 3rd down job. 2. Vlad - This conversation has been had, I don't want to re-hash it. He flashed some good signs last year as blocking 3TE, let's see if he can actually push Slauson over the next few weeks. 1. Not going to mention his name. Don't even have a comment. The level of play we prided ourselves on up front from 2008-2010 is a game changer. You can play ground-and-pound with that. Last year's level of play was disgraceful, and I pin a lot of the blame on him.
He didnt straight up say Mangold, He said Santonio Holmes and Tim Tebow their only 2 good offensive players, the 2 best. Ill look for a video but it was during NFLN's Training camp coverage yeasterday him and Steve Wyche were debating
