Only one session a day and we are already seeing players getting hamstring and groin pulls. Not a lot of information also coming out of camp. There are some battles I would like to know more about but Sanchez and Tebow are sucking up all the coverage. I guess will have to wait till the preseason games to get some answers. Go Jets.

I like Sparano's tempo with practice and the players should get adjusted to it sooner than later. Its all about conditioning and in the 4th quarter when the tempo is fast, defenses will feel it.

Agree. We can really tire defenses with an up tempo ground and pound style offense. I'm hoping the other teams linebackers are so gassed in the 4th quarter that mcknight and ganaway can break long runs cause they'll have fresh legs. Especially ganaway cause he can take inside carries as well.

Peyton Manning when with the Colts ran and up tempo offense. It does wear down defenses and it also doesnt give a team time to prepare for what you are running either

But if the ToP is similar, the defense is fresh.

The new rules do suck but they made it less time and less pads to lighten the wear and tear.

Only Kerley possibly "pulled" a hammy, but i think that is only mild strain and thats why Rex is getting on him for not playing at camp/getting more treatment/toughing it out. the rest are "tweaks" or "tightness". Nobody comes back after a fews reps or days from a hammy pull, if its a pull it 2-6 weeks. i'm no doctor but if Demario Davis, Terrence Campbell, Darrelle Revis, Holmes, and others pulled their hamstring's they would be on the PUP and not on the field. Chaz Schilens is one of the "hamstring and groin pulls" and hasn't missed a rep, probably because hes putting extra time in the training room to get ready.

The adjustment to 8:30 start time is a good thing because the plays will be able to get treatment/warm-up/stretch for extra time. its a way to get around the new training camp rules and get some more time with out getting fines. Rex makes it "official" its 8:30am and tells the players to come in the same time they were all week and extend practice 30 min.

I think all of these reports are the NY media to sensationalize anything that "could" be negative and doing shit reporting.

i was there sunday in person and had to leave at 5am to make sure i got into cortland by 8am. it's a 2.5 hr drive from rochester. meanwhile, the jills have camp in suburban rochester and they start at 3pm.

much more fan-friendly. jet fans from nyc have to start out at 3-4 am to drive up to cortland or stay overnite at nearby lodging at additional cost.

unlike woody, not everybody can write off those expenses to a business.
