I will go with Luke Donald-I think he finally gets it done. Hes a great golfer and very consistant.

Just noticed that Darren Clarke is 125/1 to win back to back open titles. Sounds about right, but to me it also sounds like a prime person to take a $20 shot at.

He's 35/1 and should be higher, IMO. He's been a pro 13 years and hasn't won a major yet.

He does have six top 10 finishes at this event, though.

    Nice!

This course is looking brutal. There are going to be some pretty ugly second shots out there.

    Hoping Westwood or Molinari win.

Westwood off to a bad start though once again. :(

Adam Scott leads, Tiger three shots back.

Mickelson has been awful this year. Not is only is he not going to win, he's not going to even make the cut. Not only is he not going to make the cut, he's close to last. Tied for 147th. 9 strokes off the projected cut.

Im really hoping for a Woods/Scott pairing on Sunday. I think thats a match-up that would bring the best out of Tiger.

Im not a fan of Steve Williams so I would love to see him shake Tigers hand as Tiger walks off 18 with a victory.

Tiger with a triple bogey to seriously cripple his chance. He's four back.

Adam Scott up three strokes on Ernie Els.

McDowell had a good shot entering today, but buried himself with too many bogeys.

Westwood finished +6, Harrington +5, McIlroy +8, and of course Rose and Mickelson missed the cut.

Els won straight up. Scott with 4 bogies in a row to blow it. Feel bad for the guy. Els is a straight up class act, though. I know it doesn't affect the betting, but Jeez, awful for Scott.

    sucks for me

I had the equivalent of a $260 swing when Els beat Scott, because I had bet Scott 40/1 to win before the tourney and I had laid (meaning took someone else's bet) Els at 46/1.

I thought it was a playoff because I read someone post "Adam with a great shot. 10 feet or so to force play off!"
