All impressions of the game and everything else about your first Madden 07 experience. I personally won't be getting the game until around 5 because of soccer double sessions but I will be interested in seeing people's impressions of the game. Also if anyone wants to play online put your id here and we can arrange some online games.
I was going to go & get it at midnight tonight; but i lost my ride... damn So now i have to wait until tomorrow afternoon (good thing i reserved a copy) Damnit.... i just realized i wasted my 1,500th post on this post. AHHHHHHH!
I'll be getting mine (for PC) at midnight. I may buy an X-Box and another copy of the game just to prepare for the madden challenge
I don't know about the next gen versions, but PS2 and XBox have never and could never compete with PC's game quality and graphics. I play with a logitech rumblepad, almost the same as a PS2 controller.
good game i like the running in it screw reserving when you can just go to walmart and get it at midnight
I still feel like its been dumbed down a little. Maybe to even the playing field between those with a basic understanding vs. those good at using everything the game has to offer. If someone finds a way to select which corner defends which wr please share. I have no clue why madden took that out.
I like it alot...Just did not like how their were ALOT of rookies as Free Agents that I had to put on their respective team... I got everything up to date for the most part I like it... The blocking is hard to get ahold of at 1st, but I like the jukes and being able to break a tackle at selective times...I love the 3-4. Will play my 1st game today.
What a great day for it to be released. It happens to also be the day my wife & kids go away for a week.. That should give me plenty of time to play it to death and get bored with it..
I figure everyone here will play seasons vs the computer with the Jets but... Who will you guys play with this year for online battles and things of that nature?
New Orleans will be a fun team, but no defense....i usually am the chargers, so i will probably be them for a while...
I am not as much into Madden this year as I had been in the past. I might go buy it today we'll see how Im feeling later.
The game is fun...they made some improvments to it from last year....The new running style is great....once u get the buttons down LOL....one thing i notice theres no commentary...i'll only played preseason so maybe thats why....but its still good....i'mma die hard madden fan. And all the rookies are rated really high....
i ordered it this morning siting at my desk, a co-worker come running over i got madden. He got it at best buy , it was 15 bucks cheeper at circuit city. i whent there picked it up, it sold out fast at the circuit city in union square.
Just played my first game, beat the Titans 26-0 with the Jets on All Pro. The game's alright, not that much improved from last year though. Didn't check out the deeper franchise yet. Leon Washington is pretty good to play with. There are two things I can't figure out. One is the new kicking meter, and how to effectively control the accuracy. Also, how do you put away the passing icons and scramble with the QB?
