What happened to the mental toughness we had in 2010 when we seemed to play much better on the road and only had the 2 losses in New England and Chicago in the regular season? Last season the Jets only won 2 friggin road games in Buffalo and Washington.

Next year are road games are :

    Week 2 Pittsburgh
    Week 3 Miami
    Week 7 New England
    Week 10 Seattle
    Week 11 St Louis
    Week 14 Jacksonville
    Week 15 Titans
    Week 17 Bills

5 of the last 8 games are on the road, and 3 of the final 4 are on the road.

So how do guys feel we don on road games next season? Because ultimately that was the reason we missed the playoffs last year....

Usually 09-10 we played extremely well on the road so I'm hoping we can bring it all together and win everything we have a chance at

Not concerned about going on the road under this staff/team. We did catch a huge break by only having to go to Seattle this year and not SF or AZ. Somethin about the west coast that fucks with us.

I plan to attend the Seattle game.

That road schedule is a joke.

If we don't win at minimum 5 of 8 then we fucking suck balls.

I figure we lose to Pats week 7. And 50 50 on pitt. Every other game we should beat em handedily, with room for an unexpected upset.

Jags titans rams seahawks should be our 4 guarenteed road wins. The rest, anything can happen

yea i remember my dad was in a betting pool and he predicted the jets lose against the raiders when they were 3-0 because they absolutely blow on the west coast. he was right obviously.

btw my dads been a jets fan since the namath days so he really thinks they suck on the west coast

There is no such thing as a guaranteed win in the NFL.

It's not just about who you play, it's about when you play them.

What if Tennessee has a crappy year, but figures it out by December and is a competitive team when they face the Jets? What if they catch Sam Bradford while he is in the midst of a hot-streak? Those games might not seem as easy as they do now.

It could also work the other way, what if Pittsburgh gets off to a slow start, or New England has injuries to deal with? Maybe those games will be easier to win than expected.

I agree, last year people were confident heading into games against the Raiders, Eagles, and Broncos. So for people to say that this schedule is a joke are clearly mistaken. I could easily see the Titans beating us considering they are on our level now.

I was confident against the Raiders last year, but Cromartie pretty much single handedly lost us that game. I definitely didn't see that coming.

Titans were 9-7 last year so I wouldn't count them out.

We have beaten the Patriots in Foxborough more than that Dolphins in Miami.

Not an issue,... If Bradford goes on a hot streak, Shotty will have them hand off 60 times a game to make sure he tempers the offensives effectiveness.

Wow, looking at that schedule you'd expect that we could come away with a 5-3 record - of course it doesn't always pan out like that especially if you follow the Jets. However other than the Steelers, Pats & Titans games the others all look more than winnable.
