To my friends at the ganggreen. Something to do while waiting for training camp. Dreaming of a good season.
    A) The Defense will be the catalyst during the first half of the season, essentially keeping our opponents to an average of 15 points per game. The pass rush will be noticeable better and teams will have a hell of a time running against us.
    B) jets finish the first half 5-3
    C) Sanchez and the O pick it up in spades during the second half, the passing game jells and the running game explodes. We finish 7-1.
    D) Dustin *finishes the season with 1200 yards and Holmes and Green finish the season with 10 TD each.
    E) Hill gets 2TD of *over 50 yards each*
    F) D finishes first against the run and 5th against the pass
    G) Tebow scores 4 TD two running, one passing, one catching
    H) Coples is selected defensive rookie of the year
    I) Sapp brakes the starting line up and leads the Jets in sacks
    J) Sanchez has his best year as a Jet, overcoming boos from*fickle fans and Tebow maniacs
    K) We face Baltimore for the AFC playoff game
    L) Fatcesca still trashing the Jets while the Giants tank
    M) the rest of the NY media vilifies Rex because he stands behind his players
    N) a mid season trade shocks Jets fans

Only guarantee is that we will always have the ganggreen to helps us through the ups and downs of another Jets season. Go Jets

You might want to try a magic eight ball next time. I think a bunch of those don't happen.

    Mostly abcdfgikn.

I guess the rest have a decent chance.

I is without a doubt the most riducolus tho

If your going to post a thread like that at least put some effort into it. Be real and say something like:

The Jets will miss the playoffs again.

Yeah, by all means, if you want to post a new thread, it can only be negative!!! Otherwise you might anger the people who are always angry anyways. Funny how you say AGAIN, as if they missed it the 2 prior years.

It makes me laugh when clowns like this post stupid stuff, we've missed the playoffs once since Rex has taken over...the guys we have drafted and brought in through FA are clearly upgrades. Why even bother if you always think we are gonna lose?

They have had a good run with REX. You are right. But again is a fair word to use. How many times have they made the playoffs say since 2000?

I really think the JETS have a good chance this year. However, Denver, Cinn, SD, Oak, Buff, KC and Tenn all have the same shot at the wild card you are seeking. Are you really that confindent that the Jets are better than the teams I mentioned? Perhaps some but all?

I do think the Jets will be better than the teams you outlined, but I believe your missing the point....the Jets dont have to be better than them, they just have to win the games on their schedule. Every year there are teams that are much better than the actual wildcard winner, but factors such as schedule, injury, tiebreakers, etc cause them to miss the playoffs

What do Chad Pennington, Herman Edwards, Sean Ellis, Jonathan Vilma, Curtis Martin, Wayne Chrebet have to do with the 2012 Jets...absolutely nothing. This is a dumb premice, playoff trends since 2000, have nothing to do with the current team. I would say even since 2008 is pushing it. According to your theory the 2004 Patriots defense is still the same as the 2012 defense.

I'd also include New England in the teams the Jets are playing. Dont assume a division title sir.

Why would the media vilify Rex for finishing 12-4?

6 times, so on average once every other year. We missed last year so that must mean we are making it this year?

I am incredibly confident the Jets are better than all of those teams. Not to mention one of denver/sd/oak will take their division.

Its also worth mentioning this guy isn't a jet fan at all

I vote for D as the most ridiculous. Keller getting 1200 yards and Greene and Holmes getting 20+ TDs combined is most likely not going to happen unless Sanchez/Tebow throw for 35 TDs (10+ Holmes, 10 to Keler, 10 to 2nd and 3rd WR, and another 2 to RBs)

"Sapp breaks the starting line-up and leads the Jets in sacks" - thats where you lost me.
Unless Warren Sapp is coming out of retirment I don't see this one happening.

My prediction is that everyone on here will be singing Tebow's praises by week 8.
