Monday Night Miracle Admit It, Did You Stay?

My dad and I both stayed the entire game. I was a junior at Hofstra but from NJ so I had driven from Hofstra to the stadium and my dad got a ride in from someone else we tailgate with. My neighbors brother in law brought his RV and he had been working at the World Series so during the third quarter he went back to take a nap until the game ended for the post tailgate. He was stunned.

I'll never forget the Jumbo Elliot TD catch and random people had sat down ready to leave the game but peaked in and decided to stay. Everyone hugging.

My professor was a diehard Jets and Yankees fan and the next morning saw me half asleep in class. I drove back to Long Island from NJ on very little sleep. She had an exam scheduled for that Thursday and decided to postpone it a week since there was still the Subway Series going on and felt it wasn't right to burden us with that.

Best week in NY sports.

 

I stayed the entire game and it is easily in my top 4 moments at the stadium. Half empty but that 4th qtr was as loud as I have ever heard the stadium.

Good times

17A not only did WE stay but we hung out in the lot and tailgated some more into the wee hours ! Magical is a word, so is amazing, unbelievable , unreal ! That was a great nite to be a Jet fan ! Got home sometime after 3 A.M. Blew off work the next day :beer:

 

Why do U want such a useless factoid of info. Is it because U are going to give everyone who stayed to the end 10Gs each as a bonus? :sad:

 

I stayed until the end. 00:00 in the UD and enjoyed the entire game. Glad I did.

 

You're just mad because you missed Jumbos TD catch because you had to change your depends.

I fell asleep before the 4th Qtr. I was at the WS game 2 the night before and went to work on Monday w/ no sleep. I couldn't make it to the end of the Jets / Dolphins game.

 

I wonder how many "new and improved" PSL fans will stay until the end if the NYJETS go down 30-3 on a Sunday afternoon not even a Monday night?

 

I stayed up the entire game. I had thought about going to bed but I had nothing going on the next day as I just finished my last internship and was months from my boards. I never bail on games because of this. It made me stay up for The ridiculous Peyton Manning comeback a few years back when he led the team back in the 4th qtr down by 28 points or so.

 

Pft, 1:30am is when your Primetime games START over here!

Stayed for the whole game. It was amazing watching the seats fill-up again after most people left. Section 316 row 26 . Klecko country .

 

Thats was the first NFL game i watch on tv and after the end of the game i become what im still today a god dam NY JETS fans

 

I was about to go to bed in the in the 4th QTR if the Jets didn't score on that drive. Once Coles scored the TD, I stayed up and kept watching. AWESOME GAME!!!!!!!!

 

I was there and stayed even after a lot of people had left. We started coming back... why would anyone leave? That's what I was thinking.

So we stayed and caught back up and when WW caught that TD in the EZ, I heard from other people that guys were lined up at the turnstiles outside, trying to get TF back in!

After the game was over, I headed out and there were still lots of people by our gate still milling around. The douchebags had gone to the parking lot and started pulling out, then listened to the game on their radios and realized we were coming back.

So then they reparked their cars and tried to get back in the turnstiles. Good luck with that. Fucking Security turned them away and there was almost a riot. Serves the douchekits right for fucking leaving.
