Good for him. Keep signing the new guys.

 

I liked his interview on jets.com.

He said that camp right now (without pads) kinda sucks because he has no 'juke moves' and he likes to just run ppl over. He said once the team gets into pads he'll be able to showcase his 'talent', running defenders into the turf!

 

I love to hear the new guys talk like this, lets you know you're getting a true football player.

Is salary directly related to where a player was drafted ie is a 1st round pick automatically entitled to a larger salary then a 6th round pick and will two 6th round picks always be on the same salary or are they free to negotiate contracts? Thanks

I believe both your position and where you were drafted are factors in contracts.

 

Hill and Davis also did great interviews. Genuine guys, not nervous, just being honest in front of the camera and saying all the right things.

It looks like we really got some character guys in this draft class and I'm *loving* it.
