As for the tri state area...the worst should get going in the next hour..and last for about 12 straight hours with heavy rain and very windy conditions. NYC high vis. radar: http://www.wunderground.com/radar/r...7&lightning=0&smooth0&showlabels=1&rainsnow=0
Thanks Jay!! Man, I'm just going to have to hope everything comes together tomorrow morning. I'm leaving in about 3 and half hours or so for the airport. Should be interesting. Weird ass weather anomolies.... lol
Raining all day... Neighbor's cat swam through my driveway because there was no way around the water. I've never seen a cat swim before.
Hey Jay if only it was under 32 degrees :breakdance: I can dream can't I ? We'll get em next year
Hey Jay, whatcha got for Warsaw, MO next week? I'm flying out for my annual Truman Res./Lake of the Ozarks fishing extravaganza.
Well, we had lots of rain in New England, but it didn't delay our plane taking off. And we had plenty of turbulence the whole way, especially in Pittsburgh, but we landed on time and no issues. Then more rain until I got over to Ohio. I think I am in the clear for the rest of this trip.
Man cman..jealous..that sounds friggin great. Looks actually pretty good except for thursday..but this is long range. Save this link and just update it until you get within 7 days: http://www.accuweather.com/en/us/warsaw-mo/65355/april-weather/334132 Once you get within 7 days cman..use this link..its the bible and dead on: Warsaw, MO http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClic...SGF&textField1=38.243&textField2=-93.3713&e=0
Man...32 degrees with this storm would have been incredible...3 inches of rain..10 inches of snow for every inch of rain..hmmm. Yep CBG..next year it is. Payback is a bitch.
Now that I would have loved to have seen. Only negative is the cat survived....JOKE..................?
Tanx Jay. If you ever get an opportunity to fish Truman or Lake O the Ozarks? Take it and enjoy some of the most awesome freshwater fishing this side of Salt Fork, Tx. BTW, I'm shipping my gear via FedEx Ground. Way cheaper than letting those TSA Gorillas break my stuff with impunity and the Airlines charging extra for my rod case.
Crazy weather past week... Heavy off and on rain... Very windy... And had 60s when I woke up today...
We've had crazy driving rain all day, but it's warm out so it was a great day to go out and run and feel like a badass running in the pouring rain
It is a MIRACLE!!!! The Marine Layer will hopefully be back out in the ocean and the temp is suppose to be 70 in the afternoon, and 57 at night for the Junior Seau, "Celebration of Life." Everyhting is free...parking at 2:00 p.m., seating anywhere you want at 4:30 p.m., and "Celebration of Life" at 6:30 p.m. I am sooooooo grateful that my buddies KOZ and johnny (how the hell do you spell your name, again???!!!) won't be there. They both make me laugh so hard, that I know that I would pee on the pavement, right in the middle of the tailgate. I could always blame it on Bud Light. (let's hear it for the Clydesdale's....sorry, I am a wimp...Bud Light is about the max for me....unless it is Coor's Light, that is pretty refreshing. LOL)
LT was the man of the night...he was TOO awesome...(more on that later) LT did the Jets proud & they absolutely love him in San Diego. He is FUNNY, he is SO HUMBLE & there was not a better person to tie together a wonderful celebration of life, than LT....what a guy. All I have to say about that poor, sad stadium is that thank God I was listening to Fox Sports Radio 1360 on the way down 15S, as I was trying not to get killed in traffic, as 60,000 people were making their way to the stadium. If it was not for 17a & his tailgate "attention to details" I could have NEVER navigated that parking lot....geeeeeeeez. Long story short, I got a front row parking spot behind handicap parking, & a front row spot for the celebration, behind the Pop Warner kids. Thanks 17a....for all of the teaching that you do on this board....more later. 75 degrees today.
