Looks solid. Obviously RT and S jump out at you but I don't see any team in the NFL without at least a few holes.

Offensive Wild Card for me is Shonn Greene and our entire rush offense. If they gave step it up, then Sanchez will play much much better.

Defensive wild card for me is Maybin. If he can add some mass and take his game to another level, we will be golden.

Is is majority opinion that McElroy will be on the roster starting day? I am a fan, so I hope so.....

You can add GJ Kinne as a practice squad\4th string QB. I think Kinne has more potential than McElroy honestly

Good stuff- thanks for posting. A few thoughts:

-At least we have 4 spots on our O-Line locked down with solid or pro-bowl caliber starters, it could be a lot worse. Hopefully Tony can turn one of those massive OLs into a serviceable RT.

-WR depth looks a lot better after the additions of Hill and White.

-More athleticism at S will be nice, but I'm worried that we'll miss Jimmy's leadership. I'm not sure if keeping Smith and parting ways with JL is the right move.

-We have the cap space to make a few moves, so hopefully Tanny is aggressive once teams start making cuts. We could use depth at OL and RB, and I'm sure Rex would always love to have another linebacker.

I can't think of any other team that has zero players at a position like the Jets right now at Free Safety.

I believe Ryan Steed will be the 4th CB and Austin Howard will start at RT.

Also E.Smith will start (and fail) at FS so he gives way to Bush around week 4.
Finally our ROLB on third downs will be picked up during camp.

Everything looks good except the one I wasn't worried about: corner.

If Revis holds out again in training camp and starts slow we look pretty damn thin, and could use a little depth even if he doesn't.

I'm feeling iffy about RB and Safety. Signing Jim Leonhard back would be a wise move, but I really think bringing in another veteran RB is a must. I don't feel too confident about Greene and McKnight carrying the load of a run heavy offense.

stacked everywhere except the defensive backfield. That shouldn't be a problem in today's NFL.

You can do worse than Cromartie-Wilson-Chris Johnson.

There are concerns at Safety not Corner. A good front seven can mask or aid a secondary, so therefore the additions to the front seven in the draft did in fact help the situation at Safety. Our CB trio (Revis-Cro-Wilson) is probably best in the NFL.

McShay said Steed was one of the best players to go undrafted for what's its worth and could thrive in Rex's system.

Will Maybin at 240 lbs and a full offseason be a productive pass rusher, or do most still think he's a 1 trick pony that will only have limited success?

And i agree with whoever said thar we should sign a RB. I like Greene and i think that he'll have a good year but if anything happens to him we will have to go pass heavy cus I don't think McKnight would be able to do good on a run heavy offense.
