    The guy just wants to play. I don't think this is a big deal, both his unretirment and his joining the Pats, if it turns out to be true.

    this is ridiculous. If he really follows through with this...

    He made a whole big deal about retiring, and then a day later he signs with the Pats. What a joke.

    what a piece of crap, goes back to SD to retire and then pulls this shit.. now a once great carrer is going to be forgotten.. his own fault

    There are a handful of guys that I remember back from their college days, and I'd like them in whatever uniform they wear. Junior's one of those guys. It killed me when he went to Miami, and doesn't do anything good for me that he's in New England, but I've always liked the guy.

    that speech was awesome and for him to come back after that is a complete joke. at least wait a few weeks or somethin. 3 days?!?!?! wtf is that??!?!?

    Thats what was kinda weird his speech had nothing to do with retiring from the nfl he was just going on some random rant of his on stuff he he was mad about in the league nothing about his retiring.

    It's hard to give up the ghost, but this is ridiculous.

    Somewhere, I see Joe Namath in his Rams uniform, laughing.

    I'd love our chances against a linebacking corps that includes Chad Brown and Junior Seau.

    It wasn't that it was so bad, it just makes him look like a phoney now. I don't know why I'm surprised though, this stuff happens all of the time. As for him with the Pats, I see him as some good depth, but his days as an everydown player are long gone.

    You can see some of his "I'm not retiring, I'm graduating" speech here, unfortunately not the whole thing though...
