U Cals own Mychal Kendricks.... 5'11" 240lbs. Now before you knock his height and weight he does weigh as much as Scott but just 3" shorter. He ran a fast 40 with a time of 4.47. I watched film on the guy and he have a high motor and is quick sideline to sideline and isnt afraid of contact. He probably could add 10lbs and still be fast because D Harris Plays at 250lbs.

Teams like Pitt and Baltimore are interested in him and scouted him. I havent heard much people speak his name or mention him as a potential draftee. I think he is flying under the radar for the most part though shorter in stature for NFL standards he packs a punch like Elvis Dumervil or Sam Mills.

Where would a guy like this be drafted if he were to go in the 7 Rounds?

He'll be a 2nd round pick, i like him a lot as well and he can play any LB position on the field. The height is a factor though and he would drafted a lot higher if he had better measurables. You can compare him to maybe Elvis Dumeril who is about 5'11 260 but Dumeril has about 20 pounds on him.

James Michael Johnson will have a very solid career and is someone that this board doesnt talk about... Probably a 4th round pick, but if he’s there in the 5th, he would be an excellent pick.

Frankly if we spend a pick on an inside linebacker in round one, there are only two options. If we dont spend it then, I certainly think it would be a waste to spend one between rounds two and three. You can find guys to develop later in the draft seeing as how we have all these comp picks

I like Shea McClellin too I think he is versatile enough to be a starter and he can play Inside or outside and he is very instinctual when it comes to making a play. Wouldnt be mad if we moved down to get him

I also think we should Draft BPA Instead of fill our need which sometimes BPA will do that sometimes not. But we have a better shot at getting a quality player that way. Then if we missing a position we have UDFA or FA

If the Jets get Ingram or Upshaw on the 1st pick there's a reasonable chance that guy will move inside in a year or two. Maybe even this year.
