You should have given an option for both. I have Picture in Picture with Time Warner digital cable, so I would just watch them at the same time. During commercials I would watch whichever is still on live feed.

I would probably watch the Jets game bigger though. There are more games in the series than Jets games. One year, I think the Jets were in preseason, and the Yanks were playing the Sox (IIRC.) I watched the Jets on my kids' t.v. that I brought into the living room, and the Yankees on the big t.v.

Getting PIP with TWC has been awesome for me. There's no longer any need to make decisions on what to watch!

(Oh my, I think I just spoke Champanese...)

Forget regular season, thats no contest. I'd rather watch a Jets preseason game than a baseball playoff game.

Have fun watching us go 4-12 this year playing non-entertaining, no points football.

I'd be totally back and forth. Luckily it isn't an issue I'm often faced with, being a Dodger fan. That also gives me half a chance of the Dodger game being on later than the Jet game, due to them being a west coast team.

I will add this--in 2001 I was so pumped up and thrilled to see Arizona beat the Yankees in Game 7, it almost didn't matter to me that the Jets were lining up for a game-winning FG attempt at almost the exact same moment. The fact that John Hall made the kick was pure gravy, if there was one time a miss like that couldn't have ruined my night it was that night.

Also, in 1981 I was 14 and my dad took me to Jets-Seattle at Shea Stadium, so I gladly missed Game 5 of the World Series, Dodgers-Yankees. That was the game when Goose Gossage hit Ron Cey in the head. I couldn't figure out why when we left the stadium it was 2-1 Dodgers in the bottom of the 8th, and after the long walk to the car, when we turned on the radio it was still 2-1 and still the bottom of the 8th. It was because of the delay with Cey laying on the field. He came back to get the game winning hit in Game 6 and was one of the Series MVPs.

I would watch the Jets over a Mets or Yankees game. I'm more passionate about them. However, I could always check the baseball game during timeouts/commercials. I have an older HDTV and it does not support HDTV in PIP mode, so I'm stuck. When I'm at our house in NC, the TV supports HD PIP, so I can watch both.

However it is different sports so that argument doesn't work as well, and I am a diehard Mets and Jets fan so I would watch the playoff game because it is more important, however if they were both regular season games with equal importance I would watch the Jets game
