If this is true, at least we don't have a Sunday night game followed by a Thursday game.

4 primetime games and NFL is banking that the Week 17 game means something

Texans and Pats last 2 games will be huge for playoffs and hard games, also steelers, chargers, 49ers looks tough 3 in a row. Other than that easy. Hope this isnt correct. Would like more bigger home games in beginning of season

Jets colts monday night game.......why?? this cant be correct

I don't like early BYEs, but I do like the times of the Home Games much better than last year. Only one MNF game (if this schedule sticks).

This would be much more fan-friendly for people attending the games.

6 out of 8 Home Games are 1PM kickoffs. I'm down with that. Doesn't get much better.

I hate the 3 game road trip, but at least we aren't playing elite teams on it.

I think this schedule is legitimate, it makes sense for us to play New England on the last week of the season considering the new rule that divisional games need to be played in the last week.

I like how our New England games are spread out unlike last season, but right out of the gate we need to be on the money with 3 divisional games to start.

If this is true I love it, we would have a very easy 1st half sched, get the Bills in Toronto. The last 2 games would be tough but both are at home

Yeah but think positively. If we can win those 4 we're in pretty good early shape in the division.

If we're in contention the place will be insane.

8 consecutive games without a division game. that's gotta be a first.

the last 3 1PM starts could, and likely would, be flexed to 4 or primetime.

NFL says Internet copy of 2012 schedule is bogus
    Apr 06, 2012 -- 10:51am
    By Tony Grossi

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

According to an NFL master schedule for the 2012 regular season hurtling over the Internet, the Browns would have a prime-time game at home and one on the road.

The schedule, which has not been authorized by the league, shows the Browns hosting the Baltimore Ravens Thursday night, Sept. 27, at 8:20 p.m. and playing the Eagles in Philadelphia on Monday night, Nov. 5, at 8:30 p.m.

The Ravens game would be part of the new, full-season package of Thursday night games on NFL Network. The Eagles game would mark the Browns’ first appearance on “Monday Night Football” on ESPN since the 2009 season.

But don’t write the dates in ink just yet.

“It’s bogus. We do not have a schedule yet,” Greg Aiello, NFL spokesman, wrote in an email reply.

There is no date set for the release of the official 2012 schedule. It typically has been released prior to the draft, which kicks off this year on April 26.

When the real schedule comes out, the NFL will probably have the Jets open @Pitt, @NE, and @Seattle in an attempt to get Tebow to be the starter ASAP.
