Am I correct in assuming this?

If you couple the overwhelming popularity of this guy with a NY team that has potential to be in a playoff race, all logic would point to the networks wanting the Jets for ratings.

we already were going to get a ton, I'm not sure if this gives us more or not. I'm not sure we can have more.

Sadly you're right. And when people think of the Jets, they'll think of this douche-nozzle instead of RR or Revis or the crushing D. It will be Timmy and the Jets, and I will fucking hurl.

    Pats 45-3
    Ravens game both years

Not a fan of playing prime time games. Jets seem to not play as well and I hate having to wait.

Ravens games,NE,Den we aren't good at those game. Shit we almost lost to Dallas if Romo doesn't throw that pick.

no it won't just like it didn't for denver

it only changed when T2 was the starting QB

if that happens, yes then the JETS will get flexed into primetime, but not in the scenario the team is currently running

Certainly more Jet games will be national rather than regional games, esp. if Tebow begins playing a lot of snaps.

The Jets already were near or at the max of primetime games last year. Tebow coming here won't change anything as the Jets are already a big name for primetime. I personally don't like those games and I'll take the 1:00 Sunday games every single time.

After what happened in the 2011 season, the Jets don't deserve a nationally televised game this season. If Jets tend to do well, NFL may flex them into a Sunday night prime time game in the 2nd half of the season. However, I'm not holding my breath on this.

sunday night primetime seems like the perfect level of pressure to really set the stage for our 4th year qb...

Tebow = more money in Woody's pockets, and I'm almost convinced that's the reason it happened.

Dallas was spectacular last year. The crowd was so alive.

If I'm not mistaken, the Jets played in the maximum (5) of Prime Time games last year.

So even with Tebow, they will not play in anymore than 5.

Dang, didnt even think of this.

    I hate f*ing primetime games.

Home ones anyway, I dont think we had one 4 O clock home game last year, BS thats the best time slot for Tailgating.

Just really not a big fan of the time slot when going to games.

Couldn't care less what timeslot we get for the games: I'm still going to watch it. Honestly I probably prefer the 4pm sunday slot of Thursday night if I had to pick but either way I'm good.
