in a deep draft for WR, I can't see where we would even consider it. Bringing back Braylon is one thing, bringing back someone who would just be riding the pine and costing us more money than a 4th round pick is another.

Sanchez first TD was to him I believe.

    That being said, no.

agreed, Besides Turner is excellent on specials and blocks great for other receivers and runners. Why he gets no love is beyond me.

i really liked chasi stuckey when he was here. i liked him at clemson and wanted him to be a productive wr here... i thought the jets gave up on him a little too soon and hoped he would succeed elsewhere....

    that said...

what is it with everyone always having such a fucking hard on for wide receivers who used to be here? especially after we let them go and THEN they sucked a fat cock wherever else they went?

this isnt directed at you op, its just a general statement because i see people all the time these days talking about every receiver we used to have and how much they want them to come back.

I totally agree with you, except for the gay symbolism. That seemed to go too far.

Cotch, Braylon, Stuckey, Clowney? What have these guys done since they left and why does anyone think they will regain their past form? Why not draft new players and see if they can develop. They are cheaper and just as expendable.

It's time to let go of the past, and perhaps it would help to remember that the past wasn't that great.

He would be nice depth behind Kerley if he can play special teams. Nothing wrong with a little quality depth.

Per Manish we're taking a look at Donnie Avery WR STL.

Apparently FO isn't done at WR

Braylon can still go(and he wants to be back here).

Cotch could still go but he doesn't want any part of Santonio Holmes' douchebaggery anymore.

Stuckey was part of trade to Cleveland for Braylon.

He was a legit high school player..from my home town though so I may be biased.

Chansi "Pig Vomit" Stuckey would be a good fit with the Miami Salmons.

There has not been one wiff of Edwards news since FA started. He was cut in decemenr and has been able to sign for longer than FA. Teams are not exactly lining up to pay the guy. There has to be something about Edwards that is turniung teams off.

Cotchery did very little in Pittsburgh last year. His yard total for the season has gone from 800, to 400, to 200 last year over the last three seasons. He was a good player for us for awhile, but its time to let the past be the past.

Bring him to camp and let him compete. With his speed he should do well on special teams.

I liked him enough coming out of college that I found a great picture of him that has been my avatar on this board for years.

The only reason Cotch had such low numbers in Pitt is because they had an overabundance of talented WR's
