Thought he could have been a viable backup and push Sanchez. He signed a 2 year deal with Jacksonville. Somebody wake Tannenbaum up and tell him to get in the game.
You're joking right? After McElroy mouthed off after the season I doubt he makes the team at all this year. Nobody likes a know it all injured rookie.
Yeah Tannenbaum should've know the only way we were getting Henne is if he had a better chance to start here. Should've dumped Sanchez.
we aren't going to overpay for a backup. henne would have been a quality backup but there are plenty of options.
No guts no glory kid likes to win cant blame him. He didnt hide from his comments he thru them out there
I can't see how any Jets fan would have wanted Henne. Did you not watch him in Miami? He was terrible. He stepped his game up against the Jets more than any other opponent, and he was still terrible. Has to be a better option.
Let's get rid of a possible back-up QB for telling the truth but keep a high priced WR for causing serious conflict with the starting QB. That makes sense!!!!!!!!!!
either you are 0-2 in quality posts in your own thread, or 2-0 and for dipshit posts. just depends on whether you are a glass is half full or half empty kind of guy.
OK who is this guy, OMG you think he would be better then Hennie, Jets going really hard after … Drew Stanton Posted by Evan Silva on March 15, 2012, 10:17 AM EDT Getty ImagesThe Jets have been willing to make big free agent splashes under G.M. Mike Tannenbaum. They’re not doing that this year. Their top target looks to be free agent quarterback Drew Stanton. The Jets lost Chad Henne to the Jaguars, and they’re leafing through the likes of Chaz Schilens on the receiver market.
