Any chance a team likes him and takes a chance with their first rounder? Haven't heard anything, but I would imagine someone has some interest.
Not for a 1st rounder. No way. For a 1st rounder a team wants a guy with his sack potential who can also play on run downs.
Would be awesome if they did. Jake Steinberg on twitter says we are expected to get 12 picks in the upcoming draft. Another 1st would be great by providing another impact player.
Well, he has a 1st round tender, so if anyone is looking for a pass rusher, he is there @ a very high price though. It would be really nice to get another 1st.
How many of those would be 7th round picks? 7th round picks are in some way no more valuable than rookie free agent signings
A bunch. We are expect to get about 3 to 4 comp picks. 2 of those in the 7th. Comp picks are untradeable though, so if we do move up it will be with our own selections. We will have a good sized crop of late round guys this year.

Unless im missing something you can only get 3 comp picks (I think) Also teams would be retarded to give up a 1st for Maybin. 1) Rookie salary cap means you get a player for a GREAT price for 4-5 years 2) Maybin is nothing more than a situation pass rusher, who showed himself to be a liability at times. I think a team would be stupid to give up a 3rd rounder for him, to give up a 1st means your entire staff is full of morons.

FTR, DHB had a decent season and recorded nearly a 1k season with below average QBs. He is finally showing his worth. He just needs to bring that TD total close to 10.

Not a chance in hell of this happening or even being considered by any NFL team. Granted i really like the energy this guy brings to the D and think hes gonna have a really productive 2012. Im a huge fan of speed at any position. Especially with the aging LB core.
