When Rex talks, and I hear it unedited, there is nothing he says that really bothers me
Nothing seems outrageous. His delivery is good and acceptable
But when you read it in print, its another matter
There is nothing that he says that won't be twisted out of context

This is why i would rather that he goes underground and clams up completely

Glad someone else sees it that way. Every time I watch one of his pressers he is very complimentary of the opponent. He doesn't hide his belief in his team, and that always gets taken out of context.

I support RR 100% and really don't give a fuck what he says and who's pissed off about it.

    "Superbowl"?

It is amazing how many people think that game is one word. I see it on every forum.

Problem is that this actually is serious business. If the NFL was just a bunch of guys throwing balls around, playing grab-ass and doing other Favre-like activities, then I would not follow the NFL.

its serious in that we all take it too seriously but if you ever take a step back and look at it then all sports are pretty much ridiculous

i always find it funny that I get so gutted when the jets lose and yet 99% of the people i know dont even know who the hell the Jets even are.

I am not talking about us. I am talking about people like Rex Ryan whose lives and incomes are directly affected by this sport.

It is a smidge annoying. I truly do not understand how that error is consistently made. It is not like the Super Bowl is a tiny niche event.

Er you are unaware that RR is 0-3 in winning the VLT?

Also the GREATEST HC we ever had is Weeb since he is the ONLY HC we EVER had that won a WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

I don't get why this is a bad thing, Rex says he wants to win a Superbowl..
Isn't that what every other person in the NFL is trying to do,
what do you want the guy to say - hope we have a winning season and Ill be content?
Rex wants a superbowl as do the other 31 coaches he just says what everyone else is thinking

I like Rex alot--------and in the grand scheme he said nothing wrong in these quotes ,. That said I would rather this guy and everyone else say JACK SHIT about winning let alone Super Bowls and go out and do it !

I can't speak for anyone else but I am still licking my wounds from this year. Talk is cheap--say nothing and win rather than talk and lose.

PS we have some serious holes to plug before we take anything away from anyone or knock off the Patriots for that matter !

    OFF line has issues
    Safety has multiple issues
    pass rush / LB's = issues
and altough I think Sanchez has it in him-----he also has issues
just to name a few .

lets put a winning, competative, non back stabbing / quitting Players on the field and then we can dream about Super Bowls

but the only people that get bent out of shape over what rex does or does not say are the fans - what I dont get is why "we" get so bothered by what the guy is reported to have said when it really doesnt matter
