Jacobs is a turd. His shitty running style/talent notwithstanding, the guy is a huge douche. Willing to take credit and talk shit when they win and he contributes very little but nowhere to be found when the team is losing and when called upon blames others. We do not need another personality like that on this team.
Fuck Brandon Jacobs. I've never seen a "power back" who weighs almost 300 pounds go down so easily. Jacobs isn't a tough guy, he just plays one on TV.
I think we and many of the others are in agreement with the idea of having a back to take some of the load off Greene. Jacobs however is not that answer. We need to go younger, speed and agility is what I'd like to see.
Last thing we need is a big mouth on the team. He is on the decline and think we need some youth in the position. Do t feel Jacobs is consistent enough and the way our team is going we should have a steady and consistent run attack
Jets don't need another part time one trick pony at RB. Only way the Jets should make a move at RB is if it's for a 3 down player with big play ability. If they can find someone who runs inside,outside, catches the ball and can pass block, that type of talent makes sense given the offensive philosophy. Jacobs is an extremely inconsistent player and often runs high, he's one knee injury away from his career being over.

Will do...... I'm going to remain a Jets fan though no matter what happens. But Jacobs would be a bad move IMO. Hightower at the right price makes more sense than him if he's healthy.
Just dropping by to show some hate for Jacobs, not to mention the fact that he had one good year in 07 and thats about it. I know athletes aren't known to be the brightest, but if you see this guy in an interview he is dumber than average.
